Brad was timely and kind. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it for us. I was juggling my two small children during the repair and he was completely patient with the chaos.

About a week later, I noticed the system was taking forever to turn on and sometimes ran far too long, dropping the temperature way below the setting. I assumed the thermostat had finally failed so called Jenergy. I was prepared to pay for a new thermostat but the Jenergy tech listened to me, examined the system for a few minutes then suggested I replace the batteries. It worked! One of several great things about Jenergy is that the service techs are just that, technicians. Unlike many HVAC companies, the techs are not sales people. They do not receive commissions on upgrades, replacement parts or anything else! And that is why I paid only a reasonable service call charge instead of a service call plus a new thermostat (or possibly a new air handler). Jenergy has sales integrity built into its business plan. Honesty, a great way to do business.

Having to buy a new ac unit is not something anyone really looks forward to but this company made it a bearable process.
The install team came out a couple days later and worked all day to get my unit installed. Very impressed with them. They cleaned up after them selves and my garage probably looked cleaner then it was before they came. Very professional company and easy to work with.
After receiving a few quotes from other A/C companies, we decided on Jenergy Air Services for several reasons.
Reason #1: Joel and his wife Jen are SUPER friendly and easy to talk with. Jen is high on life & you can tell she loves what she does. Joel is the mastermind who designed and implemented a whole makeover to our dated A/C (17 years old), HVAC, vents, and ductwork (think 1968 old). He’s very detailed & absolutely won’t leave your home until everything is working perfectly.
Reason #2: Their estimate for the job was reasonably priced & similar to other companies in the area.
Reason #3: They area a small local company with many years under their belts. Although the company is still relatively new, they were born to be A/C experts. Joel is probably the most educated A/C guy we know!
The job took a little longer than estimated, but we did have cold air by the end of day 2. We also had a worker’s knee go through our ceiling (previous water damaged spot) & a phone fall behind our wall warranting a hole be cut out to retrieve it. They quickly contacted a drywall specialist to come & access. Drywall was completed within a week & they even had the specialist cover up an extra vent that we no longer needed in the ceiling.
Another point I’d like to state is that everyone on the job site was very pleasant to be around. We have a toddler just learning to copy words and sometimes contractors can have a mouth on them. These guys are top notch. No foul language. Very professional.
About a week after installation, we received a nice folder in the mail containing our install invoice, system registration, their “Cool Club” membership information, business card, magnet, and welcome letter. Their marketing material is pretty sweet. Even Joel’s YouTube channel is entertaining, haha!
Overall we were very impressed with Jenergy Air Services and we are happy to have found our forever A/C company.
Ben was great when fixing our AC issue! He was very polite and efficient. I’m not too savvy with HVAC systems, and Ben really took the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions. Our AC works great now and we will definitely call this company back if we ever have issues again!

I called at 1030am needing a tech same day. I was given an estimated time of arrival of between 4 and 5. Bradley arrived at 230! My house was heating up and we didn't know why. We had a tech from a different company 2 months prior to this to do a system check and maintenance on the unit. Bradley found what the other tech didn't and what the other tech didn't do. Now my house is cool and I am so happy. Highly recommend this company and Bradley gets 5 stars!
