Replacing your HVAC system is never fun but Jenergy (Jen) and her team help take a lot of the pain away. They were fast, responsive and cheerful through the entire process. Their installation crew went over and above to make sure everything was done correctly and left the interior area looking BETTER than when they found it (painted where they had to do some wood repair to the interior platform). I highly recommend Jenergy!

This company is what all service companies should be. In the last few weeks, Jenergy Air installed additional units at my business and performed multiple services on our existing units at my business and my home. They were always punctual. Their service technicians were not only professional but they were friendly and smiling and happy to be at work. I have owned a service company here in St Petersburg for 30 years and I know all of the hard work that goes into a successful business. Jenergy Air is the best of the best.

Jenergy is alway very responsive and today was no different. Sent technician Brad in under two hours. Brad was professional & friendly. He diagnosed & repaired issue quickly.

Update** We we’re still having the same issue after having the TXV valve replaced. Called Jenergy and they put us on the schedule for the very next day. Ben came this time. He seems to be their secret weapon because he located the issue and made some adjustments to the air conditioner to try to remedy the issue before we spend $2200+. Hopefully it works but if not we appreciate the effort made, that speaks volumes for a company. Not sure if the TXV was ever needing to be replaced buuuut would still, with confidence, recommend.

Found Jenergy Air on a local Facebook page. Joel was trying to help a lady unclog something to get her air running properly by having her send pictures then walking her through the steps to remedy her situation. Impressed by his kindness I gave them a call because I too had some issues with my air cooling properly. Kindest people ever! Tony just finished up some repairs and now we cross our fingers. He pays close attention to detail and is very mindful of walls and furniture while moving through the house with his equipment. My dogs can be pretty vocal when strangers come into the house but Tony never seemed bothered or annoyed which I really appreciate. I also have to mention how quiet he is!!! I can appreciate someone who doesn't slam the door every time they go in and out, haha. Signed up for their maintenance program and would confidently recommend them to anyone.

It seems that most of the time, we accept marginal service as the norm. I recently needed to have my AC system replaced. I contacted a couple of companies for quotes. One was Jenergy Air Services in Largo. Great service starts with the first contact. Everyone I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful and sounded like they loved their job. They got me a quote that day. The quote was very professional and provided me with a detailed list of everything they were going to do during the installation. The quote also gave me information and links to Duke Energy for rebates and tax credits. They also were able to get me a good price on an upgraded system that allowed me to get the energy rebate and tax credits.. In Florida in June, they were able to get me scheduled 3 business days from my call. The Installation went perfectly and the system is working beautifully. I rarely write reviews, but when I get great service, I feel a need to share it with the world that is accustomed to sub-par service. If you ever need AC service or a unit, I highly recommend you call Jenergy.

Owner Jen of Jenergy Air and her team are PHENOMENAL!! From my first phone call with Office Manager Alex, to diagnostician Tony, to installers Roman and Drew… World class service, knowledge, and integrity!!!!! Save yourself time and headaches.. I wish they would have been my first call, but thanks to a poor experience with a different company I decided to give Jenergy Air a try. From now on, Jenergy Air will be my ONLY call and the ONLY Air Conditioning Service Company I feel comfortable referring to family and friends for as long as Jen is the owner.
