Jenergy Air Services installed a mini spit in our enclosed garage today.
I'm always nervous about finding and using a new vendor, as many companies will promise you the world, but then underdeliver or make you feel like a burden. Jenergy didn't do that.

From start to finish I was greeted and communicated with smiles, kindness, and understandable explanations. From my first meeting with Jen, she listened to our problem and gave THREE solutions. When I called their office, the office assistant was kind and courteous. She worked with me to find a solution (my email wouldn't let me view the final quote). The install team today really put Jenergy Air above and beyond in my book. When they first got here, I showed them to the room and the room exterior. They listened, gave suggestions, confirmed what Jen and I talked about for the plan, and gave me updates periodically during the install. (I've NEVER had an install team clean so well behind themselves. They even cleaned the flooring in the room, not just vacuum, but with spray to remove any boot marks.)

We are thrilled with the mini split. That room is so cold now! We we are even more thrilled that we now have a reliable and trustworthy AC company, as they are very hard to find. Thank you to everyone at Jenergy Air Services for making this such a great install experience!
