My AC went out on Tuesday and I called and they came out. Told me I needed a new unit gave me an estimate. I made the choice on Thursday and they were here at 8 AM on Friday. My new air was working by 2 o’clock in the afternoon. They were very efficient, cleaned up after themselves, put in a new thermostat. They were all very polite, very professional, and I would absolutely use them again.

Jenergy is just a spiffy marketing company that hires subcontractors. They are not air-conditioning professionals.

Hired them because they were near our home on Pinecrest Drive, like working with people in our community. We had them re-duct our home.

We could tell right away that the people they sent out were in fact subcontractors. Poor communication, clearly didn’t understand the job very well. But they did it.

We had to call them back after discovering that one of the ducts hadn’t been hooked up to an air return. Glad we caught it. They fixed it.

Fast forward a few months and we had condensate from our ducts coming through the ceilings (which was the original problem and why we hired them in the first place). They sent out one person on Monday, then another person on Friday that didn’t know about the person they sent out on Monday.

Another week goes by, and the air handler shuts down, I go up there to see a busted attic light, very poor workmanship on the ducting, and a soaking wet air handler, which is indicative of an airflow problem still.

We paid at the top of the market, $6800 because we thought this was a professional company.

Don’t normally leave bad reviews, but after multiple visits, we just want to spare somebody else this ridiculousness.

Drew was amazing and was able to come out and fix my system on a holiday weekend. I can't express how professional, caring, and experienced drew and everyone at jenergy is! THANK YOU!!!!

Alex was able to schedule Brad to come out same day and help me get my heating working again. Turns out it was a wiring issue and my nest could not communicate with the heat pump correctly. He looked over the rest of the system while he was here. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend!

They fixed what another HVAC company had messed up.
A friend recommended this company when I told him the trouble I had with the previous A/C company. He was correct when he told me that they are compitent and honest.

Ben Woodward was professional and pleasant with explaining all the problems with my air conditioning system, he is very detailed with questions I asked him and I was pleased with him. Also I will like to add that Ben is very knowledge about his work, he did excellent work with everything he was doing, for example: bring and taking out all parts with good care with out hiding doors, walls, put clothes on floor so everything was clean after he finished, he vacuum inside unit and scrub other parts from unit, all he did was with good care, he work on my unit good few hr and I was very impressed and pleased to have him in my house and for future he will be guy I will request and I will strongly recommend him to anyone who need help with air conditioning, thank you Ben and Jenergy Air Services!!!

Brad and Ben were very professional and we can see that they know what they’re doing and very good in diagnostic! We had a very serious issue caused by a different HVAC contractor and Jenergy had to fix the hazard the other contractor created and we know they correctly diagnosed new issues that should have been immediately noted by the other. We know the guys did a great job getting the unit up and running, it sounds better than it ever did. We called this company for this situation and we will keep giving them our business to keep our older unit up and running!

I highly recommend Jenergy Air Services. We have had them out several times (first repair, then a consultation about new system, then the install team) Every time they showed up right on time and were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After not so great experiences with other companies, it was such a nice surprise to find a company that cares about customer service and does what they say they will do.

Very friendly and easy to work with. Showed up on time. Did a great installation. Cleaned up everything when done. Great install Will use them again in the future

Joe did a great job in being through and courteous. He explained all the issues in easy to understand language. Very good experience overall.
