    Second one star review due continued lack of quality from this business.

    We purchased a new AC and air handler from this company just a few years ago. We have spent half the cost of the original unit for under warranty repairs. They send multiple techs who come whenever they please despite the business having given us a time window to expect them. They can't fix the problem or only fix it temporarily and it breaks again weeks later.

    We were told management would be contacting us to discuss but they never did.

    My second experience with Paradise Air became a real paradise 🏝After the installer Ed McNeil walked out and refused copper line repair, contacted Air Zero and agreed to the chemical injection to seal the leak. It lasted a summer. I was lucky that real estate agent negotiated work with this company for the penthouse line repair, joined the process and now have real cold air in my condo. This company performs extremely difficult line of work, techs are very skilled, excellent company support when extra help is needed. By spending time on the roof leaned the process and how things have to be done. Think twice about chemical repair which costs big $$$. Call Paradise Air! Thanks to Austin, David, Jose and Tim!

    Use Paradise air for years. Now they teamed up with performance are in their quality has gone down the toilet. Made an appointment for them to come out to do maintenance today. Over three weeks ago. Got called an hour after they were supposed to be here to say they don't have a technician to come out today and that they need to reschedule

    Paradise Air Customer Care Specialist John Walsh went above and beyond to help my wife and I select and schedule the installation of a replacement packaged-system heat pump for our home. I mean to say that he ochestrated everything, talking with suppliers, couriers and install teams to bring about the job process. I listened while he juggled everything neatly into place and I was impressed! The next day, Nick and Darren from Paradise Air did a thoroughly competent job of replacing my worn-out 3 ton packaged unit with the new and very efficient American Standard model. As with most packaged units, extra care must be taken with the installation process to make sure the unit functions correctly and will be durable - those two did everything properly and well! Afterwards, they cleaned up extremely well, even picking up small pieces of wire. I have been mistreated and cheated by many companies before finding this one! Paradise Air has certainly made a friend for life and I have no qualms about recommending them!

    Last July the PVC pipe that I put 1 cup of vinegar in each month was filled with water. Paradise Air came out and unclogged it for $169 and gave me a one year warranty on the work. At the time I was happy with the service.

    This August the PVC pipe was clogged again. A neighbor told me that he had the same problem and his AC technician used compressed air to clear the pipe (Paradise Air did not use compressed air).

    When I called Paradise Air I was put on hold for 7 minutes, then rudely told that my one year warranty had expired and they could not give me a price to use compressed air to clear my pipe. They did say that there would be a $114 dispatch fee plus the cost of whatever the technician did.

    My confidence in Paradise Air was already low, and the treatment I received on the phone made sure I would not be giving them my money. I called the AC company my neighbor had used and made an appointment.

    Every since they have merged with Performance, customer service has been terrible. 3 business days to return phone calls is not acceptable.

    Purchased a home that Paradise had previously done the install of the new A/C system. I had an issue and called them. I immediately received great service from the point of contact and setting of the appointment. Dan was the service tech sent out to check the problem. He was on time, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, what had happened and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He made sure to determine if it was a warranty issue or not and could have charged me, but luckily it was covered under the warranty. This speaks volumes of his honesty and integrity and I cannot recommend Dan and Paradise Air more highly. Thank you for a great experience !!!

    Sorry for the lengthy post, but I can’t say enough about how happy I am with Paradise Air!

    My Air Handler is in the garage, and shares a wall with my bedroom. For the past four years, I have had a problem with it leaking and coming into my room. I have had countless companies out here, each say they fixed it, only for it to happen again. Fired, next.

    I had a different company out earlier this week, he said I need $1K worth of parts, or just get a new air handler (and he wasn’t wearing a mask and kept coming into my personal space. Also said I was a girl, so I should know how to clean. Say whaa? GTFO). Fired, next. But I still had a problem. My mom recommended Paradise Air.

    Damian was the tech that came out today. Called 20 min before appt to let me know he was on the way (which is great bc I work from home and have a lot of meetings, so I was able to adjust). Within 5 min, he knew what the problem was! After 4 years of leaks, stained carpet, and being lied to by others, he was able to fix it!

    More importantly though, he protected my family from a potential personal safety incident. While Damian was in the garage working on the AC, an unknown man entered my garage, and Damian chased him away. The unknown man could have been harmless, but in my opinion, you DO NOT walk into someone’s garage without asking. Damian is a hero in my book!

    I am attaching pics of the most recent leak and the subsequent carpet and pad that I pulled up. All this nastiness has accumulated over the past 4 years of the leak, I had no idea it was this bad. What is that black thing you say? Well, that is the green foam that goes under the carpet, disgusting. I have had a persistent cough for so long now, after seeing that, I am pretty sure that is what has been causing it.

    So lets recap: Damian fixed my AC after 4 years of leaking and failed attempts by other companies. Damian shooed off a potential intruder. And Damian has most likely improved my health due to mold from the leak. Paradise Air, you have a great man on your team!

    I feel rest assured that the problem is fixed, and I know who to call if I ever need anything else. Consider me a lifetime customer Paradise Air!

    Paradise was excellent. The install crew for my AC replacement Darren and Nick were very skilled, professional and personable getting the job done right the first time. The office staff of Gabriella and Pam were easy to do business with and very helpful. John the sales and scheduling manager was a pleasure to work with and kept me up to date on everything associated with my job. Highly recommend Paradise Air.

    I have tried several other companies and am so happy I found Paradise Air! They are competent, trustworthy and their pricing is fair. Dan did an excellent job today cleaning my Evaporator Coil which was caked in construction dust. I highly recommend Paradise Air.
