I talked to a Paradise Air receptionist on a Saturday regarding my AC unit and she was extremely helpful right away. I received a phone call shortly after from John Walsh. We discussed my issues and I decided I needed a new unit and requested an appointment for first thing Monday morning. Darren and Josh promptly arrived and did an outstanding job installing a new AC unit!! Both Darren and Josh were very professional and knowledgeable as they answered all my questions about my old unit and my new one. They were so patient, friendly and helpful as they thoroughly explained the new unit to me. I am extremely pleased with the awesome job they did and highly recommend Paradise Air.

We have owned over 9 personal residences, and several investment properties. Our 'go to' AC guy retired. So we needed to find someone new. We retired from doing investments, moved into a condo, and witnessed some very bad AC installs / repairs / services by different contractors. A client of ours used Paradise Air for a new install, and had nothing but good things to say.. so we took a chance. We called... we need a new AC install.

The exceeded our expectations!! Professional, clean, friendly, never a problem answering my husbands questions (and he has many) or discussing what they are doing and why.

After the install, a part on the condenser went bad (not their fault), and they were out immediately to fix it. The office and sales manager made sure that it was fixed and we were happy.

We are very difficult people to impress. The office, installers, techs.. are the best in the biz!

If you don't use Paradise Air, then you made a bad decision. They are our new 'go to' team!

We got three estimates for a new HVAC system and chose Paradise Air for their product, price and the thorough and knowledgeable sales presentation by John Walsh. He answered all of our questions, did not rush or pressure us and was very prompt and polite. He also was willing to work with us!

We were scheduled promptly and an installation crew consisting of Nick, Stan and Jason, arrived right on time. They were courteous, organized, quiet, efficient and very accomodating. I was pleased that they took extra effort to make sure that I maintained enough room in our utility closet to fit my storage cart. Also, they put down drop cloths and were careful with door facings etc. Everyone wore mask and used caution with respect for the current pandemic.They cleaned up completely before leaving. Nick helped register the thermostat and connecting it to our phones.

All in all, we have been very happy with our new system and the service! Thank you John, Nick, Stan and Jason. We were very happy with Paradise Air and will recommend them to our friends.

On time, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Isaiah was great, honest and explained everything he was doing while educating me about the things I need to be doing. Great communication from the entire Paradise team from start to finish. A group of true professionals!

I have been very satisfied with Paradise Air over the past 8-9 years, and today was no exception. Dan, lead tech, came out and fixed a leak on our internal unit (clogged drain), and also cleaned the coils at no additional charge. Dan was very patient and informative, and provided great customer service.

We have finally found a reputable HVAC company with professional, honest technicians!! Our unit went out at night (of course), and we searched online for a company with numerous positive ratings and reviews and decided to try Paradise Air. Ben W called me immediately and was at our house in Saint Pete within 15 minutes!!

From the moment of his arrival, he was detailed in his assessment of the possible issues and costs. He informed me of the issues and offered discounts for service if we sign up for Biannual Checkups, thus lowering the bill greatly. He even cleaned the exterior unit as a part of the maintenance program and inspected the interior handler for issues.

We would recommend Paradise Air to anyone! Especially Ben. Upon talking with him, you can see that he is not only the most professional service individual we have ever encountered, but he is extremely knowledgeable and honest and shows a genuine concern for his customers. He is truly an asset to the company!!

We called Paradise Air on a Thursday to inquire about estimates for a new central air system and we were able to have someone come out the same day to give a quote. What was even better they were able to send Darren & Josh out the next day to do the work. The service was exceptional and they were both knowledgeable and professional. I will most certainly refer Paradise Air. My mother was at our residence while work was being done and she is the one of the toughest critics in Pinellas County and she thought they were amazing. Thank you very much Paradise Air Inc for being a reliable, professional, and customer service oriented company. We really do appreciate it. 😊

I am very happy that I chose Paradise Air when it came time to replace the AC unit in my condo. Being on the top floor in an older building, challenges arose, and I was very grateful to have the team of experts at Paradise by my side. They were fully committed to finding the right solution for my home, not to mention always punctual, courteous, respectful and tidy. Tim, Dan, Nick, Darren, Alex, John, Chad, Gabriella, Laurie, Ben...I want to mention everyone and hope I'm not forgetting anyone. With each person at Paradise, I always got the feeling that they cared, and that is a huge comfort when making a big decision concerning one's home.

I'll admit I'm always hesitant to let people I don't know, regardless of the business they represent, into my home without me being there. However, after meeting and speaking with Nick, Quy, Darren, and Alex, I felt comfortable with being able to do so. My salesperson John was very personable and great to deal with.
In the end, my Complete duct work and A/C replacement and install was completed quicker than expected, my home was left as clean as it was found, and I'm very happy with my experience.

Dan came out on the same day I called, and I was blown away by his friendly and professional service. Showed me exactly how my AC works, explained everything he was doing in detail, and gave me some great tips for maintaining my unit. Can’t thank him enough and will definitely use Paradise Air again.
