Darren and Nick did a fabulous job installing our HVAC unit. We are happy with our overall experience of how things came out in the end. The owner Tim was also very keen on listening to our needs and ensuring we received a product and service we signed up for. Highly recommended!

Omar came out today to service our two systems, one a heat pump/exchange system and one a gas furnace. We enjoyed meeting him for the first time and found Omar to be very personable and professional in his work and advice. We have always been pleased with Paradise Air and highly recommend them.

Paradise Air was recommended to me by my local hardware store. The owner, Tim, came and evaluated our old system and set up the install date. Nick and Darren arrived on time, were super nice, cleaned up their mess, and explained everything to me. Such a pleasure to deal with such a nice business! And they are very reasonable. Tim and his crew are amazing. I have been using their services for many years. When our AC unit went out in our condo, called Paradise Air and they had one installed in no time. When we moved to our new home and the AC had an issue over Easter weekend, Tim personally came out to handle the issue. Have been having Paradise Air maintain our unit ever since. Ben our repair tech. knows his stuff when it comes to AC repair. His expertise takes the words "Quality of Service" to another level where the science, so to speak of proper AC operation and matching parameters between the condenser unit and air handler are critical for the system operation as a whole. I am now finding out that yes, it may cost a bit more to get the seasoned pro's out to do the repairs, but compared to the other so called "experts" who just guess and replace parts and hope the problem goes away will only end up costing more in the long run. Best to get the job done right the first time with warranty on parts and labor. Paradise Air does it right...Great job guys!

Tim, my wife & I, had the Pleasure of meeting one of your new Hires, Jason. He was here to preform a semi-annual service and check-up on our AC unit. He was very meticulous in his performance.
I don't want to say anything bad about any of your other Technicians. But for the first time I, feel we received the service we were paying for. With this kind of service We will continue to renew our service contract.

We noticed the AC drain was backing up. Called Paradise and made an appointment. Their technician Dan was on time and notified us when he was ten minutes out. Upon arrival he went directly to work. Dan was very professional and courteous. Dan checked the system, signed us up for future check up to make sure the system stays in good shape. He also repaired the clogged drain and cleaned the unit. A great experience.

Since tech Dan Eaton took over my HVAC servicing at Paradise Air last year, I've had no problems with my unit. He does a very thorough job, is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer any questions I have, which I appreciate. And the office staff are very responsive whenever I call. I'm a satisfied customer.

Arrived on time. Very professional! They laid down their own cloths and cleaned up after like they weren’t even there. Explained how the new thermostat works and took time to answer all of my questions. Start to finish it took them less than 4 hours. Highly recommend!!

Our air went out Thursday night *Sept 26th) around 11:00 p.m. The next morning at 8:00 a.m. my husband walked into their office to see if he could schedule and appointment for someone to come out to look at our air conditioner. They were going to squeeze us in that afternoon. Later that morning we changed our minds on having it repaired (unit was 15 years old) and decided to get funding and have a new unit installed, so we arranged to have a sales man come and give us an estimate instead. We received three estimates from their sales rep, John. We chose the unit we wanted, he immediately got on the phone, ordered the product and got the ball rolling. Because we have 7 year old twins, Darren and Bobby volunteered to work on their day off (Saturday) to install our new unit. They arrived bright and early this morning with a smile on their face. Darren and Bobby were professional, kind, and did an amazing job!!!! Their work was "pretty" and top notch. The employees of Paradise Air are honest, compassionate, and will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy, and that the job is done right. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice of having Paradise Air do our install. I will forever refer them to family and friends.
