Paradise Air was great! Locally owned and operated! Tim came out to give us a quote, which was very competitive. He was right on time and explained what we needed to do. Paradise Air was able to install our unit quickly, which was so appreciated! Nick and Alex worked as a team to install the AC unit inside the condo and up on the roof. They were extremely polite, very efficient and professional. The first thing Nick did was put canvas down to keep our condo clean, both inside and out in the hall. When they finished, the condo was spotless. Nick explained everything we needed to know about the new AC unit, how to maintain it and how to work the new thermostat. Thanks for a GREAT job!

We had a new unit installed and are exceptionally happy with the whole transaction. Last year, on August 2019, I thought that I finally found a honest company. I had the technician Robert twice at my home. He fixed, explained and make my unit runs like brand new. He was/is a excellent professional. Ethical. And I did pay a fair price. I add them in my list as the only company I would call. One year later, I did the same (for inspection and cleaning), and I paid very expensive for nothing. Paradise Air, lost a client. What make a good team are the tallented and professional players, not the coach.

Paradise Air was $200 less expensive than other companies selling the same budget system. Within a few days of getting a quote, they completed the installation of new condenser and air handler and removed old units, along with heavy concrete pad. They showed up at 8 am and finished cleaning the completed work site by 2 pm. Alex and Bobby were courteous, clean and efficient. I definitely recommend to any one needing a new system or service.

Nick and Darren, the two installers were very efficient and friendly, exceptionally good workers. They had the work done in a timely manner and were helpful in providing answers to my questions.
The ladies in the office were also very informative and helped me do the paper work. Special mention to John Walsh for setting all this up for us.
I would highly recommend Paradise Air to my friends without hesitation.

Have used Paradise Air for over 4 years. They are a local, family owned and operated business serving Pinellas County. Technicians are extremely professional and highly skilled. They have an excellent maintenance plan that is very reasonable. We have service contracts for both our home and our condo. Don't waste your time and money with anyone else!

Dan from paradise air showed up early and got right to work. He was very helpful in explaining the issue and made some great recommendations to help improve efficiency. I asked for an additional install of some ducting and he quoted me a great price and was able to schedule a next day appointment. Great attitude, customer service, and work!

Thank you Paradise air for a great install of our new HVAC unit and condenser. Having two young kids, I appreciate how Nick and Alex were very prompt, professional, and the clean up was efficient. I was impressed with how coordinated they were when it came to being on the roof of my condo building, the crane, and install in my unit. My AC is working beautifully and keeping us nice and cool. We are happy we chose to use Paradise and you can't go wrong as they are locally owned and honest company for your hvac needs.
