Paradise will be my "go to" company for my heating and a/c needs. They were responsive, informative and patient in providing their quote. The office staff were helpful and outlined each step from start to finish of the project. Nick and Stan were fantastic technicians. They were on time, efficient in their work and answered any questions we had. The bonus was the great job they did protecting our floors and cleaning up when they were done. Much appreciation for all.

My AC unit had not been serviced since we had purchased our home. After a week of noticing the AC was not getting to scheduled temperature in the evening/into the night (and I had to turn it lower/cooler earlier in order to get to desired temp at night) I searched google and came across Paradise Air. They had great ratings, were not far distance from my home location, and seemed to have the services I needed. From scheduling to completion of service they were swift to respond and communicate. Dan arrived to diagnosis our issue- he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was executing, answered all my questions-regarding the job(s) to be done day of, more AC inner workings to help me better understand & and recommendations for future needs. I will for sure request Dan with Paradise Air going for these services on my home going forward! My AC is now running optimal & at night we do not even have to set the temperature as low now thats is running clean & clear! Thanks for all your services!

The whole process was smooth with Paradise Air beginning with my initial phone call. They kept me posted right up until Dan arrived. He did a great job explaining the situation and fixing the issue. He was very patient and professional and I will definitely ask for Dan next time!

Called for emergency service for my vacation rental in Florida, (I live in Colorado). Damien called to let me know he was going to be a little bit early. What a nice surprise that was! He kept in touch with me regarding the problem that he found, what repairs needed to be done, sent before and after photos, and called me with a detailed breakdown of our invoice. By the way, it was very reasonable! Along with the repair, I purchased their Club Membership. Another great value! Looking forward to working with Paradise Air!

This is the best Heating and Cooling Company I have ever used…..and I have used quite a few. They are so thorough and they really care about their customers. They don’t leave you hanging.
Demetrius was my serviceman today and he was amazing. He’s not much on conversation but he really knows how to repair an AC central unit and he cares. When I smiled as my condo was cooling down he remarked that he likes to make his customers smile.

We had a very positive experience with Paradise Air when they serviced our AC last fall in our newly purchased condo, so we used them again to install a new unit this week. Both times, they arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They covered to floor to protect it and took the time to make sure I knew how to use the new thermostat app.

We called Paradise to install a new hvac system and the experience was excellent. Tim was great to work with- he explained all our options in detail and answered all our questions. Nick and Darren installed our system and were very professional, extremely respectful of our property and went the extra mile to complete the job. They also answered all our questions and thoroughly explained the operation of the new equipment. We plan to have them do the annual maintenance on our system going forward.

After having a really bad experience with another AC company, I called Paradise Air out of desperation for help. They were recommended to me by a few different sources. They were WONDERFUL. They came out the next day to install a new AC system in my condo. I had renters coming in later that day and they graciously agreed to come on Saturday to do the install. They were friendly, professional, and so wonderful to deal with. AND they gave me the best price!!! Would highly recommend them to anyone!!! Top notch, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!

Highly recommend Paradise Air. I’ve used a few other companies in the past and had trouble finding any that really wowed me but they exceeded my expectations. Dan arrived right on time and got everything done in a timely manner. He gave me excellent advice and was pleasant to work with. Will 100% be using Paradise Air and Dan again!

From the start Paradise Air was responsive, quick and professional. We had called a few companies and had other estimates but the folks from Paradise were the most responsive throughout the whole process.
