I had my AC go out this morning and gave Paradise a call. They moved things around to get a technician to my house earlier to get the air going again.
Ben came out and did a great job. He walked me through what he was looking for, what he saw and options around fixing what needed to be done immediately, what we should take care of if possible, and some repairs that we need to keep on the radar. Ben was very professional and was straightforward with what had to be done and what could wait. i felt comfortable throughout the process.
I will continue to use Paradise Air and specifically Ben and I would highly recommend Paradise Air to anyone in Pinellas County who has AC issues.

Bobby and Alex installed the new unit for us. They did a great job keeping me informed and cleaning up after. Paradise Air was kind enough to provide temporary cooling units until we could get install scheduled. Great service. We would recommend Paradise if you're in the market!

Got a quote from another company....Paradise air gave us 3 options that came in WAY under the other company! Arrived EARLY which is unheard of. My mom was there for the install since I live out of state. Said they were very nice, professional, left the place clean when they were done. Would highly recommend! Thanks Bobby and Alex for working in my condo today! Hope I won't need to see anyone soon but will recommend when asked !

I have used Paradise Air on several occasions. They have always been very professional and very fair with me. One of their technicians, Curt Cummins is one of the best in the industry. I am new to the area and had a new home that needed the Ac checked out because it was making noise. I called Paradise Air. They had someone come out that same day. They were pleasant to speak with on the phone and the service gentleman was clean cut and presented himself very well. He was knowledgeable and helped me with the old unit and made recommendations. He was very honest, punctual and a pleasure to have in my home! I will recommend them to anyone!!!! Great SERVICE!!!

Paradise Air - specifically Dan, is amazing. Dan is basically a superhero, walking around like a normal dude. Our A/C wasn’t cooling and it was miserable!! I called Paradise Air based on their ratings and Dan came same day and diagnosed our a/c. Because it was a longer fix, he came back as quick as possible another day and fixed it. The prices were fair and the service and quality is fantastic. If you’re looking for someone to call about your AC, I can’t recommend Paradise Air and Dan enough.

I had an air conditioning diagnostic test.......check up, so to speak. The technician was on time, professional, and thorough. He explained everything, so I could better understand how to care for my ac and what to look for to make sure it was acting normal. Literally, another local company came out last week and said I needed an entire new unit because of high head suction pressures (I believe), but Mark B hosed the exterior compressor to clean the debris and the pressures returned to normal. That pretty much sums up Paradise.......honest, trustworthy, and professional. They have all my future business.

My husband & I have had a unit for over 16 years. We called before the 4th of July and wanted a quote for a new unit. they were timely with the sales call to quote and wore all protective equipment when coming out for the first time. The install was schedule for 7/16/2020 and Paradise air call on the morning of 7/15/2020 and ask if they could come out and do the install. They arrived on time and again wore all the protective equipment (covid). When I arrived home the unit was installed and my home was comfortable. I had the best nights sleep that I have had in awhile. I am grateful and blessed that this has went so smooth. I highly recommend this company and will continue to utilize them for service on the new unit. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
