Technicians Nick and Alex were very friendly and professional and did a great job. John the estimator was also very easy to deal with in every way, straight up, pleasant, honest. Price was reasonable. I intend to use them for all my HVAC needs from now on.

Excellent customer service. We got a new AC installed today, two days earlier than expected. Nick and Stan were very professional, neat, kept the area clean, took out the old unit and installed the one all within a day. Answered all our questions, tested the system, and cleaned up everything. Great company beginning with Tim and the office staff. Would definitely recommend.

Last night I realized the A/C unit was not producing cool air anymore. I called Paradise first thing this morning and they dispatched someone out right away. The technician was very polite, helpful and patient trying to diagnose the issue. My only disappointment is with the a/c unit itself which now needs a replacement part just nine months after being installed but this could happen with any units I guess! Paradise so far as proven to be a great company to work with.

Dan from Paradise came to install my new fan motor and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why. I’ve had other AC companies over to give quotes and feel the best choice was Paradise both for pricing and trustworthiness.

I had a new American Standard A/C system installed by Paradise Air in November. Everything from the original salesperson providing a quote to scheduling to install day and follow-up questions has been 5 stars. I was recommended Paradise by a coworker who had a unit installed. I have zero complaints and was happy about the price and install day took less time than anticipated. Everyone I have worked with over the phone has also been super friendly and helpful.

Paradise was bought by Performance Air which has pretty much destroyed what was a good business. They charged my 95 year old mother $400 to clear her 5 feet of condensation line. It was a 20 minute job! Stay away!

I really like this company . Have tried several over the 4 years I have been here . They are professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy . So glad I found Paradise . They came out today with short notice to address an issue . Problem solved and I learned something new about new unit . Tim O’Connell had my new unit installed in a few days and it was the weekend . Appreciate the care and concern for their customers .I am a happy Paradise Air customer 🌴

From the first call to Paradise office, we received excellent customer service. We liked the time and attention given to us by John when he came to look at our A/C situation and as promised, the crew that installed had paid attention to details and were very professional. We would recommend them.

My whole experience with Paradise Air Inc was exceptional. From the start with the owner Tim, then service tech Damien finding my problem. I got a bonus when my installers Nick and Darren where assigned my job. They were great, professional and got the job done in tropical/hurricane ETA conditions. Dan came to our property after another company had serviced 2 weeks prior... the other company didn’t do a complete job which created floor damage. Dan came in checked the system completely. Did the job correctly with a guarantee. He was extremely professional, explained everything he was doing and made me feel very comfortable that the problem is fixed. I would highly recommend Paradise Air and will be using them for future properties.
