I'm so thankful your professionals know what to do to make room temperature great and keep the system operational. After seeing a few estimates I have chosen Paradise Air for a new system installation. My decision was not based on price only, I wanted a company I felt comfortable to deal with. Paradise Air seemed to be the friendliest and very professional at the same time. And I was right. They came on time, installation was fast, everything clean and they had time to answer all my question. Both technicians, Darren and Quy were very knowledgable and fun to be with. I strongly recommend Paradise Air for all your needs.

Best A/C company ever. John came out on Monday to give me an estimate. John was great answering all my questions professionally. Very pleasant and down to earth attitude. Nick & Stan came out on Thursday to install a new system Stan worked outside and Nick worked inside. Always maintained 6 ft distance and wearing face coverings when inside. Both of them were knowledgeable, and worked well together. They went above and beyond. On time, cleaned up after themselves and didn't complain about my very annoying dogs barking at them constantly.i would definitely recommend this company for all your A/C needs.

I've been doing business with Tim and his crew at Paradise Air for years. I have two condos on the beach and the AC units take a beating from the weather and salt air. I have never had a bad experience with any of the techs that have serviced my units. Today Jason was my tech...he was prompt and called/texted me about 30 to his arrival. He was thorough and when he was through, he went through the invoice line by line and explained all the services and charges. I just renewed by yearly contract with Paradise and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My first experience with Paradise Air was today (3/26/20). My tech, Dan, was absolutely brilliant! He was a professional and knowledgeable young man who I would trust to look after my unit. I will be changing companies soon to Paradise Air. I now understand their 5 star rating. Thank you, Dan.

Paradise is by far the best companies I have work with. Jason was and honest and up front rep for the company. He explained what he was doing and the result. He was very through. Jason arrived early and was very through. Would highly recommend Paradise.

I recently had to have my home air conditioner repaired. Problem occurred after switching unit from cool mode to heat mode, then back to cool mode.

I did not have a service contract with any vendor, and had not used a repair service provider since having a significant problem with a Clearwater based AC service company.

I contacted Paradise, and asked to schedule a service call, and explained my problem. I was immediately greeted by a pleasant person answering phone, and got an appointment for the next day.

Dan and his coworker arrived on time, and immediately began to diagnose my problem. The suspect part was immediately identified. Dan quoted me a price to replace the part, and provided a detailed explanation of why the failed part was impacting the proper operation of the unit.

The part was replaced, and again, Dan tested the levels the unit was running at with the new part. The problem of NO AC was resolved. Dan then tried to replicate the problem of having unit not operate in heat mode. He was able to replicate the problem, and showed me the part that was turning unit off only when heat operation was active.

Dan quoted me a price to replace this part, and we both agreed that since I had only used my heat 4 times in 20 years, it was not worth the cost of replacing the part. I woud be able to heat home in "Emergency mode", and since I rarely use heat, I elected mot to replace the part.

Dan explained the Paradise maintenance agreement process, including how maintenance customers receive priority when placing service calls. I elected to add a service contract to my unit, and, with the repairs, parts, and maintenance agreement, my bill was almost $200 lower than I had expected.

Both technicians were very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, and went the extra mile to ensure they had a happy customer. They were also very professional and courteous.

I would highly recommend Paradise AC to anyone either looking to have their units serviced, or the purchase a new system.

Being new to the area and having problems with our A/C we were not quite sure where to turn, a neighbor said call Paradise Air. Boy, are glad we did!
Right from the get go we were treated as a valued customer by the call dispatcher. The service was scheduled and we were given an ETA. The technician sent us a text announcing when he would arrive. Actually, he arrived a few minutes early. Dan was great, he immediately went to work and diagnosed the problem and determined what parts were required to remedy the situation. They sourced the parts and returned as promised and repaired the unit. I can'r say enough how happy we are with Paradise Air!
Speaking as a person who worked in service delivery over 30+ years let me tell you Paradise Air really knows how to deliver service!

Dan Eaton came to my house to service my very old air conditioner. He worked very hard, as our units are up on the roof. He made several trips up and down the ladder. He was very thorough, and took great care to install a new thermostat and do the wiring that was needed. Because of his great work, I may get another 2 years out of my old air conditioner! Thanks Dan! And when the time comes, be sure this will be the company I will come to for a new unit!

Dan came out to our home to service our 2 air conditioning units. He did an awesome job. He arrived when he said he would, he explained things well to me and did such a nice job cleaning our units. I highly recommend Paradise Air!
