Sunrise Heat & Air

Sunrise Heat and Air showed up on time to replace my HVAC unit. Both Mack and Leo where very friendly, professional and worked in an efficient mannor. I was having a problem with my old system blowing the curcuit breaker on my panel so they checked the entire panel also. Mack noticed some discoloration in my curcuit box and call in for a second opinion. It turned out apon further inspection that the discoloration was dude to overspray from the texture that was sprayed on the wall of the garage by the builder years ago. I appreciated the fact that Mack was paying attention to the details of my breaker box, and also appreciated that they didnt try to talk me into something that it turned out I really didnt need, a new breaker box, which would have been thousands of dollars more tacked onto my bill. All in all it was a very positive experience dealing with Mack and Leo and the entire Sunrise staff, installers, electritions and office staff. I cant say enough good things about this company! 5 stars all the way accross the board. If you need a new HVAC system I would highly recocment them.

Zac came out today and helped with our HVAC unit. We are first time home buyers and learning as we go with a lot of things. He took the time to explain everything and help us in the best way possible. Thanks again Zac!

When the old beast decided to quit I searched for ac repair . My previous service company closed. From the reviews I called Sunrise. Best decision! It's too hot to be without ac. Jesse came out and got her working but I knew it was time to replace (19 year old unit). He was great explaining the different options. I'm in a townhome and part is in the attic 3 stories up. Jesse, Roman and forgive me forgot names did an amazing job! All carpeting was covered carefully with plastic and you would never know people where up and down the stairs. It's delightfully cool now and I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you!

Called late on a Saturday night the responded within 15 mins ..set up an appt for the next day Sunday they were here by 945 and done by 1115am. What I loved about them local veteran owned business and great reviews online definitely using them sunrise again plus my condo complex is going to have them reach several older ac units after the new roofs are completed in sept! Thanks for your service and prompt courteous sevice..!!

Jesse took care of our air conditioning problem quickly and professionally. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave us some tips. He even found and corrected an issue that potentially could have turned into a major leak. We highly recommend Sunrise and will request Jesse again if needed.

Pretty great experience except they incorrectly wired my system and they didn't clean my AC drains. However, once they discovered the issue they immediately fixed it at no charge. Will be using them for all my AC needs going forward.

The tech Jesse was very good. His professional attitude is what I like so much about this company. They walk you through the entire process from start to finish and give straight answers and not try and sell you some over the top picture. I will always use this company for all my A/C, Electrica needs.

Bruce is very Knowlegable in all things heat and air, very socaible friendly guy, like he knew me for years, explains way more then i expected, finished the job in a very timely manor, and my A/C is back up and running im sitting here smiling now, not sweating! You need Sunrise in your contact list. All i can add is Sunrise is a 5 star company and Bruce is sure an asset to Sunrise.
