Great customer service and communication with scheduling and arrival. Very prompt. The staff is always professional and personable. Tyler just completed a 6month maintenance, was thorough, explained everything fully and was mindful to not track any dirt through when coming in and out! Also just a pleasant guy. Overall wonderful experience!

After installing an new AC thermostat in my mother’s house, the technician left without checking if it’s properly functioning or not.
Right now The AC is not blowing up any air, the house temperature is 89 degree, and my mom is an elderly person who is very very sick.
I call the company to send out someone to check it “(SINCE THEY PROVIDE A WARRANTY)”
They told me that I have to pay fortune of money in order for them to send someone out.
They could care less about my mom’s situation.
And they don’t honor their warranty policy.
Shop some where else

If you are reading this then you don’t need to read any other review after this one to make your decision wether to use this company or not. When I bought my first house I didn’t want to get taken advantage of by the big name companies so I decided to use a company that was not as well known as I figured I would get a fair price and be treated decent since they wanted to gain business and fro their company. I used them for electrical and an entire new AC system on my old house. I recently purchased another property and was shopping around for quotes on new duct work and of course I had to have Sunrise on my list of options. If I am being 100% transparent they were priced $700 more than the lowest competitor. However what I was getting in return was worth way more. I decided to use sunrise again for my duct work as I have done business with them in the past and I knew what type of work to expect and that is nothing less than perfect. Anytime they send someone out I am treated as a person and not a dollar sign. They don’t beat around the bush and they give me all my options up front to allow me to make the best educated decision I can financially for me. The most recent experience did not disappoint in fact they set the bar higher than the last job. Max, jameek and calvin were all superb amongst their peers in the industry. If I needed it done a certain way they made it happen. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and stayed on timeline and even finished the job early without cutting corners. You truly get to see what a small family owned business is like work wise compared to your larger more established companies and I will tell you it is night and day. There isn’t any company that is 100% perfect so I will give you my only downside for Sunrise. Most companies will give you a free estimate where at sunrise they want to charge a service call to come out and if you decide to do business with them they will deduct that amount off your bill. I don’t agree with this at all. With that being said I would still recommend and do business with them over their competitors based solely on being a person and knowing that I will receive exceptional service and work. Jameek, Max and Calvin are a must have if you are needing work done. The final thing and I will shut up is I love the fact that this company does Electric l/irrigation/ and Ac work. I prefer companies that offer more than one service so I’m not having 10 companies come out a bid a job. The be fit of a company that is all inclusive gives you more discounts on work to be completed!!! Again don’t sleep on Sunrise!

We just got our AC tuned up by Sunrise and I couldn't be happier with the service, quality of work and overall knowledge of our tech. We moved into our house last August and never felt like the AC worked correctly. Jesse was able to thoroughly check the system and to our surprise let us know we didn't actually need a new AC (which is what we figured was needed). The repairs to our current system were under warranty, which again was a very nice surprise! The AC has never worked so well! We've used other Air Conditioning companies in the past but we've never had a better experience than we did with Sunrise. We are absolutely customers for life!

Jesse and Roman. of Sunrise Heat & Air, are outstanding! Both are exceptionally knowledgeable and kept us apprised of all they were doing. Their quality of work (accuracy, thoroughness, and competence) was exemplary. They completed all work involved in the time they allotted.
Their skills and understanding of their work was excellent. They took out our old AC ducts and replaced them with new ducts. The hardest working men, and knowledgeable, we have ever done business with. We could not have been happier we chose Sunrise Heat & Air.

I don't often leave reviews but I feel this AC company deserved some kudos for their communication, customer service and quality of care. Their tech, Jessie is great!

My AC stopped cooling a week or so ago right at around 4:30p. I tried to call around and the folks at Sunrise was responsive. Because I had to have someone come out after hours, I had to pay the 'emergency appointment' which was higher than a normal diagnosis (but seemed worth it when you're stuck without an AC in the middle of summer). The tech, Jessie, showed up about an hour later and diagnosed the problem as a faulty fan motor. Unfortunately for me, my AC has a particularly compact fan motor which is not easy to find not generally in their spare parts. The best he could do was to find a local supplier first thing in the morning and hope to have it repaired the next day. He said he would reach out by 9am the next day and when you hear techs say that, you're lucky if they call you by noon.

Sure enough, 8am, Jessie called to let me know he was able to find a Recovery Motor and was at my property by 9:30am. Worked on fixing it despite the constant rain. He explained what he was doing each step of the way was very patient with my questions and concerns. We had my air back on and running by 11:30a and all was well again.

Overall, I was more than happy with my experience with this company and I would use them again.
