Sunrise H&A are a good value & responsive; and this service call was not different than past interactions with them. Jason was on-time, professional and efficient in his work effort.

Terrible service. I purchased a new HVAC in March 2022 and the "variable speed unit" has had nothing but issues. 15 months in and I'm on the second motor. My most recent issue was for a potential leak in unit (it was functioning fine but concerns about a leak). Service guy said it needed a new motor. Motor gets installed a week later and now the unit doesn't cool to 68 at night like it previously did (just one week ago). The inside control says it never gets off stage 1. Multiple service calls and today (2 weeks post new 2nd motor) I was told that my expectation that it cool to 68 at night was unrealistic. We are in the peak hot season the service manager said. Well, I can easily check historical temperatures (esp since it was working fine 2 weeks ago) and the average temps 5 days before and after the install are the SAME. It's actually been cooler at night given the recent rains. So their BS excuse is not factual and they've offer nothing else. I have a variable speed fancy system that doesn't go variable speeds it goes one speed (stage 1) according to the new control they installed with the unit. I would not do business with this company again.

First of all Sunrise had same day availability after calling four other companies. Secondly Jason was able to arrive early. I was never pressured into any service. I was explained the issue which Jason remedied with out haste. I highly recommend Sunrise for their service.

Travon and the rest of the team did a great job. They were all respectful of my home and took great care with the install and clean up. Other than my new mini split, you would never know they were here. I would highly recommend this company to my friends.

I have been using this Sunrise for almost 2 years now, I've never had a bad experience with them and Nick is probably my favorite Tech that has come out yet. He's knowledgeable, prompt, quick with the diagnostics, has a great personality and always wears a friendly smile.

We called Sunrise late last night and they got back to us first thing this AM. We had the pleasure of having Nick come to service and correct our AC issue—he was such a doll, so responsive, helpful, courteous, and quick!!
