Had a great experience with Sunrise after my AC stopped working unexpectedly. Dan Eaton was able to fit us in much earlier than expected and worked over 9 hours until our AC unit was as good as new. Truly felt like he treated us like family, and did outstanding work. He even carried in a very heavy delivery for me since I am pregnant, his service and professionalism was above and beyond!

I had appointments with Henry the electrician and Dan the A/C man on the same day. Both were honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable about their jobs. I’ll definitely be calling them for any services needed. The customer service rep I talked to on the phone was great too, I can’t remember her name but she was in the palm harbor or new port richey area. Overall, Sunrise is a great company and I’d trust them to do anything necessary for home repair, and Dan is quite simply, the man.

Our AC went out due a power surge from a storm. They came out the very same day when other companies had a 3-5 day wait. Justin wad our tech and he was super friendly and professional. They weren’t able to complete the job initially due to not having the part they needed. When they returned they ended up using a part off one of their personal units just to make sure we were up and running. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Dan was very knowledgable, polite, respectful, explanatory and not pushy at all. He showed us photos of the issues before any repairs were done so we understood the issues. He found an issue that he didn't originally quote and took care of it. We use Sunrise for electric, AC (with the maintenance plan) and have used their irrigation services as well. While it's the most expensive company we receive quotes from, Sunrise is also the one we have hired the most because we trust them. (Not at all a review for Dan but for the company: would love loyal customer discounts in the future for those of us who use you often! It is really expensive and often a few hundred more than other companies.)

We have utilized Sunrise multiple times from plumbing, new entrance to AC Maintenance & are extremely happy with the service!
