Jesse was professional, friendly and informative. He and his co-worker arrived as scheduled and completed the installation without any complications. They had to remove a section of fence to get the equipment in place and left the job site as they found it. We are very happy with the work they did and with Sunrise overall.

I was in a pickle and needed service on my brand-new AC unit. The first call led me nowhere and i used Google to search for another. That brought me to Sunrise Heat & Air. Bingo!
My Service Tech, Jesse, was pleasant and on time, but let me back up. When I called the system to get me to the right department was fast and easy to navigate. The young lady that answered was professional, took all my information and did a great job getting me a same-day appointment with little notice. Bingo.
When it was getting close to time I received not one, niot two, but three notifications. So refreshing. She called me back to tell me the Tech was on the way, I got a generic text, and Jesse sent a text saying he was on the way! Bingo.
Upon arrival Jesse assessed the situation, found the issue, fixed it and did it with no fuss or interruption here. Bingo.
I was so impressed with the service that I signed up for, and paid, a Service Contract on the spot. I have had one issue since [unrelated to the first] and Jesse was prompt and checked out the unit and told us what we needed to know. Bingo.
I highly recommend Sunrise Heat & Air if you want good service, prompt customer care, and true peace of mind. THAT is worth paying for in my book.

The two service technicians wasted no time in getting to the cause of the problem. Once the issue was identified, I was offered options for the repair or replacement of the A/C unit. The repairs were made, completed and tested in a timely manner. The technicians acted in a professional and friendly manner for the duration of their visit. I am quite satisfied with their work.

I was extremely impressed with the companies timely response and loyalty to the customer. My AC unit motor decided to die right after having a low cost inspection from sunrise. I was very upset that this happened, but they handled it perfectly. Because the unit had been in working condition when they arrived, they replaced the motor with a brand new one completely free of charge. The motor dying was not their fault, but because their inspection resulted in it not working, they immediately made it right.
Roman was a fantastic technician and an awesome person. I would definitely recommend him and sunrise to any and everyone!!

Great Company. They responded to my first message within minutes and set us up with maintenance appointments in less than a week. They were on time, quick, and efficient. We used them for AC service and already have an appointment for someone to come out a look at our sprinkler system. It’s so easy to have a one stop shop!! And the price is great! Beware of Sunrise Heat & Air company! They took full advantage of my father who is disabled and not mentally stable. Ripping out his (2 year old) 3 ton 16 SEER Trane System with a 10 year parts warranty & replaced it with the exact same unit charging him a whooping $13,600. To top it off my family is in the HVAC industry and just did a maintenance on his AC 3 months prior and the system was running perfect. This company took the 2 year old WORKING system out and wouldn't even give it back to us even after finding out about my father's disabilities. Very dishonest, sales driven AC company with inflated prices. Please beware and spread the word so others don't get ripped of by them in the future!!

I was very happy to get a quick response over the 4th of July holiday weekend from Sunrise Heat and Air. I thought that their emergency fee was very fair considering we didn't want to face the weekend without air so we were pleased to get our problem addressed quickly and affordably. Every dealing I had with Sunrise via phone was extremely prompt and professional. They always called in advance to let me know that the technician was on the way. Roumen came out to service the issue and was able to get our unit running with what he had stocked on his truck while we waited for the part we needed. He gave us options which was also truly helpful and, besides being an excellent technician, he is a kind and warm person that we felt lucky to get to know. We are sold on Sunrise Heat and Air. They made us customers for life!
