The repairmen were there on time, professional and most importantly HONEST! It was a simple fix, and they explained everything to me and threw in a bit of education that I didn't know. The service call would have been 69.95 but for $159.00 they would/and will come back this week and again after six months to clean the coil, drain line and check the system over more thoroughly. Keeps me out of the attic!! Lol

I called at 7:00 a.m. this morning and they sent a technician out by 10:00 a.m. Brent had my air conditioning up and running within 20 minutes. The rates were Fair so I am a happy customer. I would definitely recommend using Vinson.

Dylan was great! He came early & called to give heads up. Our capacitor needed replacing. Prices are within reason. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Our AC was 13 years old and leaking refrigerant. Vinson was the 2nd company we called. They sent a team out quickly. Victor and his sidekick ( sorry I don't remember his name ) were very efficient and explained everything to us. I could tell Victor really stood behind his company and the product he was promoting to us. They visited us on a Friday and our AC was installed by Ted and running on Monday. Ted was also great at his job. The system they installed was an American Standard 2.5 ton. It put our old system to shame in 20 minutes. I am impressed with the efficiency so far. I am certain my electric bill will go down.

I'm really disappointed in the service we received from Vinson Heating and Cooling. We had originally scheduled a new AC installation from another company, but switched to Vinson because the sales tech that they sent out was awesome. He assured me they'd be able to properly insulate my small attic with no issues and talked me into a more expensive AC by discounting the insulation installation. Overall, Vinson came in $1000 over the other company's estimate, but I was convinced the technician was intelligent and could provide excellent service. Unfortunately, he was not the technician that did the install. The tech they sent seemed overwhelmed and frustrated the entire day. He was not rude, but he was also not friendly. He took 2 hours longer than the original tech told me would be the longest they would be onsite. After leaving, we went up to the attic to check the insulation and were super disappointed after looking past the decent size wall of insulation right at the opening to find out the rest of the attic was still seriously lacking in insulation. I called the company to let them know my finding, and they said they'd talk to the onsite technician and get back to me. I followed up a couple of days later since I hadn't heard back and was told the technician only had 3 bags of insulation on the truck that day and had planned to return all along. A day was set for them to return. At the very end of that day, I got a call that they would schedule it for another day because they needed two technicians onsite for the job. I was also told that the technician was confident the job was completed during the first visit, even though that's opposite what they had told me in the previous call. I was also asked to inspect the work before they leave on the second visit, insinuating I was just being difficult to please. When the 2 technicians came the following week to add insulation, we asked if they were using fiberglass or celluslose insulation, and the tech's response was, "I have no idea." He then proceeded to speak to us like we were idiots, claimed there was plenty of insulation already in the attic and they couldn't fit any more. They added 1 bag and left. Would not recommend to a friend.
