Victor was very helpful in expediting an A/C issue for my tenant and was able to buy and install an A/C within 24 hours from when we called Vinson Air. Totally worth having a contract with this company, they are super responsive when you need them the most...over the weekends, late in the day etc. I'm very thankful to have them.

I called Vinson a/c on every hot Saturday. The tech arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was so pleased with the service and pricing that I recommend my neighbors. Customer service and pricing was very fair. The technician Dylan was also a sweetheart. 5 star company!

A/C stopped working on a Sunday at 2. I called 3 companies and Vinson was the only one that was able to make it out same day. The tech, Dylan, was at our house within an hour, diagnosed a blower motor that needed replacement, let us know he would call by 10 am the next morning to confirm the pricing and availability of parts. He called before 10 and was able to install the new motor the same day. The next morning we noticed a strange noise coming from the motor. Dylan was back out to investigate by 1 and issue was a defective motor. Dylan obtained a replacement for the defective part and had it installed same day. This company was fast, reliable and professional. They were so great I set up a service contract. Only dealing with them for all our future HVAC needs. Thank you!

We bought our house lat year and the AC is a year old. We had AC problem last night, so we searched online for a company for repair. We reached out to another company first who told us we will be paying for an emergency service fee to have them come out the next day, which was double from the normal service fee charge. However what we had a problem with is if you're going to charge us double the fee for emergency shouldn't you be out tonight? It was only around nine last night so it wasn't that late. Anyway, we continue to search for another company and found Vinson Heating and Cooling. We talked with Spencer about our AC issue and he was polite, professional and prompt. He came out the next day which did not cost us any extra emergency fee. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. We are very happy with the service received that we signed up with him to have as our yearly AC maintenance company. It's hard to find a reliable, dependent and honest company and personnel. A/C System was blowing hot air after hours. I panicked given we had four (4) overnight house guests and it was hot and humid. We called Vinson A/C. Brent B. arrived earlier than the appointed time window during the rain and quickly diagnosed the problem (capacitor). Professional, prompt, and working under less than ideal conditions. Rates were reasonable. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them in the future. Other A/C companies could take a lesson.

This company's representative was pleasant, courteous, and very approachable. He told me what he believed was wrong after inspecting everything, gave me an estimate of cost, and then scheduled the work in two days to be done. He went about his work, was here several hours, and when he was done, informed me of what he found, what he did and checked to be sure I was now on a maintenance schedule to keep the equipment functioning. I couldn't help but notice the level of integrity of the workman who serviced my system. It's really appreciated. I will be recommending them to everyone.

I researched several different companies and had plenty of different estimates before I decided to go with Vinson. I was pleasantly surprised first of all, they were the cheapest comp on a high end brand American standard. They were right on time, very punctual which is super important to me. Very clean, Extremely Professional, very knowledgeable, also explained everything in terms I could understand. They went above and beyond! exceeded all my expectations! on top of that the price was the cheapest! Beyond satisfied! 5 stars all the way around
