Signed up for their membership. They reached out to schedule my six month service, I provided the following week’s availability and never heard back. I followed up a couple weeks later and never heard back. Not worth it to save a few dollars.

Dylan from Vinson Heating and Cooling just left my home and my AC is running. I called Vinson and they had Dylan out for repair in under 2 hours from my initial call. He identified the problem and fixed it immediately while keeping me updated on the charges that I will incur from repairs. He was very respectful and got the job done quick. I really appreciate Vinson for taking care of me and getting my house temp back under control. I definitely recommend using their services and I will be calling them for future repairs.

Brent was our service technician and was fantastic! Very fast and explained what he was doing very well.

I found out a few days ago during a maintenance visit that the drain pipes are all clogged. Brent tried several times to unclog it but it didn’t work. He and Dylan came today to replace the drain pipes. They were quick and efficient. The job is done they did a great job! I’ve been a customer of Vinson Air for a long time and appreciate them so much. The techs are hard working and thorough. Spencer, their boss, was so accommodating trying to work with my work schedule. I highly recommend them. Thank you all so much!

Had a very good experience with this company. Our initial contact was with Victor, who was professional, explained options and diagnostics precisely, and work was done quickly. Glad to find a good company to rely on.

We had intermittent cooling and the tech that was sent out to fix the issue kept us informed about his arrival time. He promptly arrived, listened to our concern and quickly resolved the problem. This contractor exceeded my expectation by not only fixing the problem but performing a thorough inspection. I was informed of a few adjustments to improve the system efficiency along with recommendations for continued optimum operation. Our system actually does seem more efficient at cooling quickly which my wife commented and I agreed. I highly recommend this outfit!
