D & W Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was very prompt on their response and there was no delay on providing attention to this matter. When scheduling on the phone, Theresa was very kind and respectful. Douglas M. arrived on time and fixed the issue within minutes. He showed that he is a fantastic expert and kindness as well. Their services are greatly appreciated and if I have any other issues they will be the ones to do the job!! Thank you so much for your help and doing the job right and affordable.

This guy Dallas who is the owner of this company did such a poor job for my friend Bruce. New installation 6 years ago and now his poor work is coming to fruition. I can't believe that the county signed off on this job. What a con man! He made so much on this new installation and the air conditioner which was a Frigidaire. The unit model has been discounted. The installers didn't leave enough room so the coils can be cleaned. Motor goes out and cost my friend over $1000 dollars to fix it. Maybe he knew that they were going to discontinue this particular unit. Probably got a a great deal at the time. Watch out for this guy! Can't believe he has all these great reviews?

The owner called me within an hour and talked to me on the phone for a long time trying to put me at ease. I ended up needing a new AC unit and instead of trying to make me buy the nicest most expensive one, he gave me all of my options. I was able to finance for 0% for 18 months. I did end up buying a unit. The owner and other employees went out of their way to answer my questions and help me even after it was installed. It runs very well and everyone that has helped has gone out of their way. I would recommend this company to anyone!! ❤️

Excellent company to have repairs done and very knowledgeable employees

Doug was the service rep. He was straight up and down to earth. I know the AC Repair Business can be unscrupulous but this guy was as honest as he could be. While I can't vouch for the whole company, I would certainly use them again based on the interaction I had with my service tech.
