Just had a service call with Cliff, such a professional. He did a great job and explained every step of the way and has so much expertise. He resolved the problem quickly without overcharging. They will definitely be my first choice going forward for any AC service

Highly recommend McCaskills. They installed a new unit for us and the installation went very smoothly. Very professional and competent. Before we had new unit installed, Cliff came out during a holiday weekend when our old unit went out to fix it. Ten plus years later as our “new” unit is feeling it’s years, he came out again on a holiday weekend to get the unit working again! Very hard working, honest and professional!

I called McCaskill for an A/C problem and they were at my house within 10 minutes!! The technician, Carl was very friendly and knew exactly how to fix the issue (a chewed wire). I have never had an A/C repaired so quickly and was very reasonably. I always try to support local businesses and so glad I found them on Google. Great Job Carl and I will definitely refer this company. 😀

After calling numerous companies, McCaskill was the only company willing to come to our home at 10pm on a Friday night. Cliff came out and got our AC working enough to get us through the night. He was back at our home at 8:30am the next morning to follow up and check on our unit. He fixed the things he was unable to fix in the dark the night before and got us back up and running. A couple hours later, we discovered another problem (from the people who installed the units; nothing that McCaskill did/didn't do). McCaskill came right back out and fixed the issue at no charge. They were very up front about their costs associated with parts and labor. Cliff was incredibly knowledgable and when he was unsure about something, he reached out to his contacts and resources before acting on a hunch. Where to begin! Called this business for a quote on a UV whole house air purifier/duct cleaning job and was professionally schooled on why it wasn't recommended to do so. What company gives you an alternative to the aforementioned services requested without having a skin in the game and tells you to just purchase a spot purifier and purchase/change out often a good HVAC filter!? No sale for this guy (TODAY), just straight up real talk. Thanks Roger!! I appreciate your candor and time, sir. I'll be coming back when I really do need your all's service. Mike.
