I have been a customer of Vinson A/C for 6+ years. They've always delivered on their promises and gone above and beyond on their service. Mike and Joanne (owners) and their crew (Brent and Spencer) are top notch. Thank you Mike and Joanne for always responding in a timely fashion and with a positive attitude when I've had questions or needs! You maintained my 21 year old HVAC unit superbly until I was ready to purchase and I could not be more pleased with my new HVAC of 9 months!

Had the a/c in a rental unit we own go out over new year and we weren't there to sort it out. Things got too complicated to explain but suffice to say Michael at Vinson A/C went above and beyond in taking care of the whole situation despite the fact that he was preparing for a trip himself. Just really great service from a company that you can feel totally comfortable dealing with. He was recommended to my by a neighbour and I am thankful he was.

Dylan was great. Straight forward and no hard sale. Thorough. Recently purchased this condo. Had to do some discovery on where water was draining, etc. Outside it was buried. Dylan found and actually had to dig.

Very pleased, from first conversation with the person answering the phone thru the completed repair. Our service tech Dylan was knowledgeable, practical, able to explain things in simple terms and very customer-centric. Will use them again.

I have always been a do it yourself kinda person. But I knew when it came to A/C, I would need a professional. Vinson A/C came highly recommend by another DIY person. I can say they have 2 more customers for life. My unit was really close to the end of the warranty, which i didn't know it even still had warranty. This company is so trustworthy, they are the one's who told me it was warranty repair. They did what they said they do & more. This is the A/C co to go too. Have a 20 year old unit on a house I just purchased and wanted to make sure everything was working well. Spencer showed up and took a look at everything. Very professional and knowledgeable and has a van full of everything he needed to thoroughly check everything. After he was done he explained everything to me to make sure I understood what he checked. Would recommend.

I had my ducts cleaned and sanitized the other day. Spencer was the technician who performed the work. I called a few companies but Vinson was by far the most reasonably priced. Joined a maintenance contract as well, they will be providing service for me from now on.
