I contacted Vinson Heating & Cooling on a Saturday morning. A technician arrived with 45 minutes of my call. Our air was struggling to cool our home, running non stop since yesterday. Our technician quickly located a leak within our outside unit and was able to repair it and have our air back on within a 2-3 hour window. If you are looking for honest, dependable, fast service I would recommend Vinson Heating & Cooling.

I have my unit serviced every six months, they are always prompt and always expedient with their services. Every time and anytime they do come to my residence they are very professional especially with the circumstances and guidelines in the world today. Spencer Is usually the tech that comes out for my services and always does an amazing job. Not only are they reliable and cleanly but their prices are amazing, definitely recommend for anybody looking for any type of AC work or services

We recently moved into our home and also have a new baby. Making sure we have a safe environment/good air quality for our daughter was top priority. We reached out to Vinson to help us decide what to do and the experience was wonderful from begin to end! They were so helpful when we called and they helped us decide on the Reme Halo. The installation was quick and we are so happy with our choice. We can already tell a difference! We highly recommend using Vinson and we will continue to use them in the future for all of our AC needs.

This company is hands down the most professional, thorough, and trustworthy AC company out there. I called Benjamin Franklin and One Hour Air initially but they would quote me one thing and then charge me another, and then they refused to work on the AC unit at all. There was no guarantee with their work and they also tried to give me the lowest quality AC unit on the market for almost $10,000.

I called Spencer and he came out the same day! Spencer from Vinson was the only one to throughly look at my AC unit and went into the attic and check the entire duct work. They also offered the best price for a better unit than the other 2 companies.

Once Jorge from Vinson came, he worked very hard and did a great job with the entire installation process. He replaced the old foundation, changed the valves, expanded the ductwork, installed smart thermostat, and gave us a brand new a/c.

There was an incident with my older smaller unit located on the same platform. During the reinstallation of the small unit, the sensor bulb had overheated and blew up. I called Spencer and he immediately made it right by sending Brent, another worker, to repair and check the upstairs smaller unit for free. And he waited at the house until everything was up and running again. I love this companies values and ethics! They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Benjamin Franklin and Scott’s One Hour Air charged me $9,000 even though I refused their services for my AC so now I’m in the works of disputing it and my have to get a lawyer! Benjamin Franklin and One Hour is unethical and an absolutely garbage.

Out on a blistering hot day within 4 hours as stated. I found the technician Brent, I believe, to be very thorough and did a great job explaining the malfunction. It seemed he had me up and running in no time. Overall I think it is a superior company. Certainly left me satisfied.

Top notch company. Brent found the problem and fixed it. All on short notice ,during a holiday weekend, in the rain! I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future. Thank you .

Update: these guys came and did the scheduled maintenance check up. Brent is a huge asset to this company. Very knowledgeable about his trade. This is by far the the most reliable and honest AC company I've ever dealt with in florida. Will be using them for all future heating and AC needs. I highly recommend them.

Joanne was great on getting me scheduled for a next day estimate appointment instead of having to wait a week until my next day off When Michael came out to do the site survey, he was professional, answered any questions I had regarding the American Standard line since I wasn’t familiar with the brand beyond reading internet reviews. Vinson was prompt in getting the proposal back to me and worked to find a solution that would fit my financing and budget situation. In the end I elected to use a line that had a little better warranty then the AS line, but Vinson was a great contractor to work with for getting a proposal. I will definitely consider them when the time comes to replace/upgrade.
