We would like to this time and say, 'thank you' for fitting us into a very tight schedule being from out-of-state - Mike V explained everything from product to installation - quickly identified the unit, and Joann was able to fit us in the next day (thank you Joann!). Installation was done professionally - when inspector came out he mentioned to us that Mike (Vinson) always does outstanding work. I would highly recommend Vinson Air, hands-down. We had a lightning storm in the Tampa Bay area on the evening of April 10th and my AC stopped working properly. I contacted Vinson Heating & Cooling and they tried to help my troubleshoot the issue. First thing Monday morning (7:45am), they contacted me to have someone come out asap.

Brent B showed up within a few hours and did the diagnostics to find out the thermostat was damaged and not working properly. He replaced it in had our AC back up and running within 30 minutes.

Huge thanks to Spencer, Brent and the rest of the team at Vinson Heating & Cooling for their excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC service/repair.

This professional respects good boundaries and he is very knowledgeable about rules and regulations related to safety hazards and inspections. He really displayed great judgment. I will highly recommend this company! :)

I bought a house with a problematic A/C system. Vinson Air was extremely awesome! They came out at 8am the day after I called and within 24 hours did a complete redo of my AC. Running g 70% more effective and I couldn't be happier with them!

Vinson Heating and Cooling is now my new heating and air conditioning company. Late on the Fourth of July my a/c quit. I was unable to get anyone to come out (which is understandable). At 7:00 am the next morning Spencer called to see if my a/c was fixed. He was kind enough to be at my house 30 minutes later! That allowed me to meet an obligation at 9'00. He was so professional and personable.!! I had been with a company since the mid-80s. They managed to show up at noon on the 5th! I won't call on anyone but Vinson from now on! The BEST!

Vinson air will now be the only AC company I use! I was having an issue with my AC and Spencer answered right away and answered all my questions. He even followed up after to make sure I wasn’t having any more issues. Great communication and costumer service! Highly recommend!
