We had an issue with our A/C. Service Technician, Keith Rogers was sent to diagnose the problem and get us working again. Keith was very professional and knowledgeable. He got the parts ordered and returned to fix our issue.

I called for a service call as my heat wasn't working this last cold nite and they called to confirm the Technician was on the way before my appointment so I wasn't left at home waiting and wondering when he would show up.
The young gentleman was very nice and explained everything he was doing as he cleaned and serviced the indoor unit. He got everything up and running so I'm finally warm and toasty on these cold days!

Never will I use this company again!!!! We had a fan blade that weirdly split in half on a Saturday evening. I called this company (in confusion to another similar named company) on Tuesday, they came out charged almost $100 to 'see' what we had already explained to them. I told them we need to get it fixed asap because my son has epilepsy (a rare condition called Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome). They said they had to order the part and wouldn't be in until Thursday. Fast forward to Thursday morning, we get a call saying it wouldn't be in until Friday and that they don't work after hours or on weekends! I admit, I was absolutely livid!!!!! We had already been sitting in the 85-90° weather for a few days now. They genuinely did NOT care. Lack of compassion! So in a panic, I called another company who WENT TO THE TRANE PLACE TO GET OUR FAN (they didn't have to wait for the order, they took initiative and went to get the fan for us from trane). This OTHER company also made us a priority and rushed to our property after already rushing to get our fan for our ac!!!! When my husband called this company (Bertie) back to cancel....they lady at the front office had ZERO clue what was going on and seemed like she laughingly said "oh, there are a lot of people working here and I don't get told details of customers". So, nope, glad to say this company is just....SAD to deal with!

Well I am at a total loss for words with this company. I did my research, they seemed reputable on line and I went through Lowe’s, as they stand behind what they sell. So I decided to purchase my brand new trane air conditioner in April 2016, and spent almost $7000, thinking we are good to go for a few years at the least.
Thus far they have had to come out to my house FOR A NON WORKING AC no less than 4 times, if I don’t count the issues during install. A few times I was not charged the service fee, which was a little break, but still had some other costs.
Which brings me to now, my evaporator coil leaked out all over my inside unit, so they will need to replace an evaporator coil after only 2 and a half years. I now have to pay another $500 for installing the coil and $66 per pound for 9 lbs of refrigerant, so a little over $1000 and a 3-4 day wait for the part.
I spoke with Ken and he gave me a 1800 number to cal trane. Thanks so much for that, but if my local company could care less, what makes you think trane is going to care either! Stand behind what you sell, or get out of business!
This is not the type of thing I normally do, but if I can stop even one person from getting screwed, then this post is worth it.
