Bertie Heating & Air Conditioning

Very pleased with our new home! Occasionally during my breaks I would stop by the house while it was being constructed to watch the development. Bertie heating and air has the most pleasant employees and Matt went above and beyond to make my home exactly what I want. I enjoyed learning about how everything works. I will always recommend Bertie heating & air!

Feel like was gouged out of 400 dollars to replace a simple capacitor. The technician never did any extensive diagnostic. What a scam on the price. Will be looking into a more affordable company. Oh lastly the price was increased after the repair since they "thought" I was on a maintenance contract so glad that was brought to my attention after the job was done.

I've generally had pretty good experiences with Bertie's. They typically arrive on time or will call and see if they can arrive earlier. They've never tried to fool me with fixing unnecessary items. Usually they get my AC back up and running for 100-200$ and it will go a year or two without any problems. I always get worried I'll have some $2,000 bill whenever my AC goes out but Bertie's always take care of the problem quickly and at great prices.

Sean did our maintenance on our air conditioner and heater. Sean was so polite and clean. We could tell Sean knew his business and was very good about keeping us updated as he was checking everything out. He wasted no time in getting the job done. We are very happy with Sean and Bertie Heating and Air. Thank you Sean.

Had new air conditioning system installed by Bertie yesterday. Have used Bertie for years. They are the best. Reasonable prices, professional service, excellent work. Workers are great: efficient and respectful. If there were a 10 star rating, I would give it to them.

I can not say enough great things about Bertie Heating and Air Conditioning. They installed a brand new unit for me, and did an awesome job. The workers were courteous and very considerate. They wore booties and laid down a drop cloth as they did the job, so that my carpet did not get dirty. When the job was done they vacuumed and took away the old unit for me. Everything was professionally done and all I have to do now is set the thermometer for how hot or cold I would like my house. An excellent job, I would highly recommend Bertie for any one who needs any heating and air conditioning work done.

Marvin and Steven did a great job installing mini-split. They were very helpful sharing the process and cleaning up everything afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

Rude over the phone and they do not provide free quotes as they claim to on their website. Very disappointing.

Good people at Bertie! Good pricing. Good Vibes. Their repair man saved me money and provided excellent service! I called yesterday when both of my A/C's went out. I knew they were estimated at zero life, but I have had them on life support for a few years saving money to replace two systems simultaneously and needed just a little more time. Bertie's sent a technician the next day at my request. When TJ arrived, he helped me understand the cost of everything BEFORE he did the work, each step of the way. No surprises at the end with the bill. He listened to what my needs and plans were, and provided all the information I needed so I could decide how to move forward. No pressure, no judgement; just kindness and understanding. Within an hour, I had one A/C repaired and the other one I decided to replace rather than repair. TJ was very helpful, trustworthy, respectful, courteous, and skilled. I could tell he was as genuinely happy to have helped me as I was! I will definitely be back with future business.
