We’ve used Browning twice, and each time they were here within a half an hour! We had two different techs work with us and they were both knowledgeable— and very friendly!!! I would recommend Browning to anyone who needs work done— they are prompt, honest, and knowledgeable.

Darrell was on time, courteous and professional. He answered any questions or concerns that I had. He was very thorough in cleaning the units inside and out and was quick to point out any concerns or issues that may arrive in the near future. I was not pressured to fix an issue, but chose to do so at his recommendation. I also recommend the yearly service contract as a way of saving money on preventative maintenance and a way to stay ahead of any major failures.
I highly recommend and appreciate Browning's service.

Great service. We needed a new motor for the Air Handler, after install it was determined that the new motor was bad out of the box, instead of leaving us without air for a few days, Bart installed a rescue motor which worked perfectly until the new motor arrived. Top Notch Service!!

I never write google reviews. However, Bart arrived right on time for an annual a/c and heating maintenance visit today. He did such an excellent job. I can’t emphasize enough that I don’t EVER recall anyone ( and I have had very good a/c professionals work on a/c units in various places we have lived for over forty years) doing such a thorough cleaning of both the inside the unit and the outside unit….EVER! He also replaced the old condenser pump and fixed the filter door from popping open. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of his work. Highly recommend .

Professional, fast, efficient, found issue in no time and got my unit running within 2 hours of calling them. On July third.. thanks to you David the service manager.

Mark Browning himself came for the 1st visit. Called in for a 2nd opinion. Came next morning did diagnostic, then replaced motor and filter. Almost 1/3 the cost of first quote. Mark seems like a very honest, great guy. Will recommend to others.
Will continue to use this business from now on.
