We have had Modern service come out a few times now for our AC maintenance and they have always been great. This morning Eddie arrived promptly and professionally. Eddie took his time to explain things to me and help me understand the units needs for maintenance. You have an amazing employee with Eddie and hopefully we can have him for our service everytime.

I read all the poor reviews. I have used Modern Services for many years for Reverse Cycle Heating and AC installation and maintenance of two units at my residence. Personal has changed over the years, most have been satisfactory, some have been very good, and maybe one or two were in and out to quick to have done a good job. I generally would not replace a unit until it completely failed, but this time I did agree to replace
a 10 year old unit that was still working because I was warned it was about to fail and they might not be able to get replacement parts when the hot weather arrives. I looked at the old unit that was removed and it did not look that bad to me. Just some rust on the cabinet and around the coils. I will go back to letting them run until they stop and won't hold gas. Regardless, Chris and Kay who did the installation were competent, efficient, and left the area clean.

Leonardo Jimenez and James Williams are both excellent. They were professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. We have complete faith that our a/c,plumbing, and electrical needs will be met by calling Modern Service.

Modern Services purchased the company that had been our HVAC service provider and has given us uninterrupted and excellent service. We've had a number of issues to which they responded quickly and successfully, which we appreciate since air conditioning is often synonymous with "life support" here in Florida! Rick (who installed one of our units under the aegis of the earlier company) has happily been retained by Modern Services and just performed another thorough and careful maintenance call. But others have come out as well and we've been well taken care of by all their representatives.

I called modern service with a plumbing emergency and James Williams came to the rescue. He not only fixed the leak but gave me the knowledge on how to prevent future issues. James was kind to my kids, myself and most importantly my wallet. From original call to job completion I was pleased with modern and am thankful for their services

This company has been on the ball on keeping our a/c running strong! Izzy was just here to do a maintenance on our system and he is great. Very knowledgeable, does his job well. He is always professional and polite. We have an older house, so advice is always great for me. Izzy has plenty of tips on how to keep our system running at its best!

My middle child is 4 and autistic, and just loves this guy! Izzy talks to him, satisfying his curiosity, then is still able to do his job just as efficiently as ever.

Shaheed did a great job. He was on time, always polite and courteous. All work done thoroughly with clear wxplaination after the service call. Send him for the next maintenance call in six months.

Rick did a very customer friendly and professional job with our semi annual hvac maintenance.

I only had to spend one night without my AC working because Modern Services is so responsive to my calls-every single time! The people who answer the phones are expedient and able to dispatch the right person/people for a particular job. I know I’m in good hands after speaking with them and feel instant relief knowing someone is coming to help me. I am so pleased that Shaheed got here as soon as he did and had my unit back up and running so quickly. He explained what he did and thoroughly cleaned the lines. He’ll come back in December to keep this unit running smoothly. What a wonderful technician Shaheed is and I’m so grateful for his hard work today! Truly an outstanding employee. Kudos to Shaheed and all of you at this great company!!

My hot water heater was old, rusty and leaking. I called at noon and James W. was on site and replaced my hot water heater within just a few hours! He was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for the fast service!
