Andy has taken the time on the last two calls to not only do an exceptional job with our scheduled maintenance and thermostat installation but to also take the time to make sure I understood and felt comfortable with all of the (many!) questions I had about our system and our building. Its not often you get this exceptional level of customer service but I will turn to him always for all of our HVAC needs. Highly recommend Modern Services

Shaheed is professional, knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge. He’s wonderful to deal with. Shaheed made recommendations for things I could do for my HVAC system to make it run more efficiently and to help it last longer. He’s a great guy with a kind manner. in the future, for maintenance visits, I plan to work my schedule around his availability. This was an excellent experience!

Leo and Andy were absolutely fantastic! They found and repaired an issue that had been an issue for months, for which I had paid others thousands and which had never actually been repaired. in addition, Leo and Andy are terrific people. I could not recommend Modern Mechanical services more.

I had a pipe that was leaking water. James came out the next day in the morning and repaired it. He was very nice and had a fair price. I would highly recommend his services to anyone that has a plumbing job.

Modern Services took over from the previous company that installed my new unit. They honored my maintenance contract much to my delight. Rick has serviced my air conditioner with the up most professionalism, punctuality, and respect. He will offer additional services or products with a "NO" pressure sale and quote which is greatly appreciated.
