I called modern services at about 5pm, by 7pm I received a call from Technician James in North Port and at 9 pm the estimate for my repairs was in my email inbox. This service was AMAZING, responsive, and professional the entire way. James was kind and understanding after the craziness hurricane Ian left behind. Thank you so much.

During Hurricane Ian our back-flow completely broke off. A few days later, our neighbors had water and we were unsure when we could get our back-flow fixed to have running water. Thankfully James Williams was able to brace the flood waters to come save us. We were finally able to shower and wash dishes after days of having no water. Thank you so much for coming to our rescue when we thought we wouldn’t stand a chance getting someone to come out.

My husband called Modern Services since they were local, had great reviews and best of all 24 hour emergency services. A gentlemen by the name of James Williams arrived promptly (all other 24 hour companies gave us 6+ hour wait times) and he did not disappoint. We had a few electrical issues arise in one day along with our well totally buckling out on us. Our home is a good 16 years old and needs lots of maintenance work due to it not being kept up to code from the previous owners and below par electricians. Before James came out we had 1) no water and 2) no electric in our kitchen, the exterior and living room along with many fuse switches flipping. James knew exactly what the problem was almost immediately!....and we thought our water pump went out! He also fixed everything in such a timely manner and saved us a load of money!!! Who does that?! I had called a few other electricians and gave them the same information. They were all either closed due to labor day weekend, didnt do 24 hour service or wanted $200+ just to stop by and assess. James saved us well over a grand with his own personal knowledge! James was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. A hard worker and true professional!! He did an outstanding job and charged us (better than) a fair price. It's nice to know there are still guys out there who take pride in what they do and aren't just there for a "trash and dash" to make a quick buck. I will definitely be calling Modern Services for any future electrical/plumbing/hvac needs, and you should, as well!!

I called Modern Services for a plumbing problem. The team at Modern Services was responsive and professional from my initial call to the repair.
I was able to arrange a time which did not impact my work. James Williams, the gentleman who arrived for the service, was experienced, personable and efficient. Prior to his arrival I received a text which alerted me to his arrival time, as well as, a picture so I would know who I was expecting. Along with his picture, there with a short message detailing James experience. When he arrived, he got right to work. He quickly assessed the problem, explained what was needed and got to work fixing it.
I was pleased with how the service call was handled, as well as the service rendered. I would call Modern Services again for repair needs.

Had Modern Services out to my home on a six month service maintenance check , the tech Shaheed did a great job, he installed uv lighting in my ac unit. He also took the time to explain everything about it. He's very meticulous. Did I mention Clean ? He's a Keeper !

At 5:30 in the evening our air conditioner just stopped working. I called Modern Services who we have used for about 20 years. Within 2 hours the technician was here at the house and went right to work. I was very impressed with Shaheed the technician. He took pictures of the parts that weren't working, explained what caused the problem, gave tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again and although it was pouring down rain and dark outside he had a good attitude about getting the unit back up and running and making sure everything was back in order.
