Juan Sanchez came to do my semi annual AC check. After thoroughly checking my system, he found my very old AC was on its last leg. He thoroughly explained my options with potential cost involved. He was very knowledgeable about AC systems and through his pros and cons of possible choices, I was able to decide on a system that was right for me. He explained when the installers would arrive, what they would do, and approximately how long they would be here. He patiently listened to all my questions and gave complete answers. I would highly recommend Mr. Sanchez and Modern Services for their professionalism, honesty, and knowledge.

We called Labelle Plumbing which is now Modern Services for a clogged kitchen sink. I had tried plunging, snaking by hand, and chemicals; nothing would work. James Williams was sent out the same day we called. He was kind, courteous, and had the right tool for the job, an electric drain snake. He ran the snake through several times and flushed with hot water each time to make sure the drain was clear.

We have been using Modern since we came to Naples. They have always been very responsive to our needs. Recently we had 2 new AC units installed. We had issues with the larger one almost from the start. After multiple service calls they changed it out for a new unit with no prompting from me or my husband. Very happy with their work. Would definitely recommend them!

James, Moderm Services Plunbing Specialist, came to my home on two occassions. Each time he was VERY professional and understanding of my concern. He explained the work that needed to be performed, (so that even I could understand), and ensured that I was satisfied before he left. He answered all my questions without making me feel stupid for asking, and treated me with the utmost respect in his work ethic and follow up. Winston and Mike installed a new AC System today. They were personable, professional, and very skillfull. The complete rip out and new installation was done expertly. These are two fine young men who I would recommend to everyone. Thanks for your help today.

I could not be happier! This is the second time using them, they first installed a new ac system and then my hot water heater. Modern Services was amazing! My hot water heater went out on a Monday night and they were there Tuesday to replace! Everyone is so kind and professional! I would definitely give 10 stars if I could! Modern Services installed a split a/c for me today. Douglas, Luis, and Leo came out and did an excellent job, from the installation of both the inside and outdoor units, as well as addressing all electric needs. All 3 of these gentlemen were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable, and they left the site clean! Thank you, Modern Services.

Doug and Luis installed our two HVAC systems. They were on time and very efficient. They stayed until the work was completed, making sure I understood how to operate the new thermostats, change the filters, etc. This was a big job (being that there were two systems to install) and probably they should have had at least another worker to help them, but they worked right through without a break for about 6 hours. They also had to work around painters and a couple of other trades also working in the house at the time. They did so cheerfully and without complaint. They were also informative, knowledgeable and very pleasant to be around. I will request that Doug and Luis be our permanent service team!

Technician Duglas did a great job. We've been using Modern Services since 2005. We have an annual maintenance contract with them. We're always very satisfied with their services.
