Be Careful with this company!!! Scammed on “ service call “ More like unprofessional , unaware of their employees lack of knowledge ,
SALES call. Came out to look at my AC unit and proceeded to tell me since the model was old and compressor was BLOWN I would need to replace EVERYTHING. Quotes around 6,000-7,000
Got it repaired for less than 700 bucks and with a more knowledgeable company!!!!!
Had NOTHING to do with my AC unit ! It was a leak in my FREON pipe ! Repairs and up and running in a few hours !!!!
I STILL have a warranty on my unit as well but apparently didn’t check anything and just “ assumed “ I needed to spend 7,000 …. Charged 119.00 for this BS knowledge!

We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Florida Heat and Air. Labor Day our A/C unit was running but not cooling. I called the 24 hr emergency line and the technician, Raphael was on site within an hour. We had a bad capacitor which was replaced promptly. Raphael did a great job and was very professional.

Be careful - totally scammed on AC repair. Have worked with many refrigeration repair companies over 35 years in the restaurant industry. Had a freon leak was quoted for 12 lbs of freon if it could not be recaptured and re-used. Repair was done charged for the freon. Then called because the tech said they were able to reuse the freon so I should get a credit for the freon right? No, was told that capturing the freon and putting it back in costs more than using new freon. Wow, thought I heard it all. I have had this come up with restaurant refrigeration repair many times and never heard that one. Total scam. Well I guess I have a new project by making sure everybody I come across knows not to call this company.

Donnie and Matt worked on our AC unit and did an extremely fantastic job. They were punctual, knowledgeable, respectful and easy to speak with. They listened to our concerns and answered our many questions. We are thankful for the job that was done. We really appreciate the work that they did.

My AC stopped working. I called in the morning and Chase came out within hours. He was very kind, professional, and educational regarding my repair issue. I will absolutely recommend this company to my local friends and family. Thank you, Chase!

Absolutely awesome and professional. The technician did the job I had expected and gave me additional pointers to keep my house comfortable and the AC system running. It was not a 'I need to get this job done and get to the next guy' situation, he actually gave his time and explained things.

Called for repair of heating systems. The service tech did not fix the problem. Called on Monday to have someone come out again. Was told they would contact the service tech and get back to me. 4 Hours later after no return call I called again. Got an attitude and was promised a call back. That was 3 days ago and no return call. Done with Florida heat and Air

Donnie did the service at my mom in laws house this week. Prompt and very knowledgeable. Got her system cleaned and her on a service contract.

We called to investigate one room that always was warmer in our new home and also learn about installing a UV light. FHA was able to schedule an appointment for us the next day. Matt was very thorough and also went up into the attic to view all the duct work. He had also looked at temperature differentials and filters. He made suggestions and then followed through for us as well as explained their air filtration and UV products and home maintenance system. Very thankful for his assessments and recommendations. We will definitely continue to use them for our HVAC maintenance and needs.

We had Florida Heat & Air out today for a maintenance inspection and we were very pleased. Donnie was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He gave us some tips to help our unit work more efficient which was much appreciated. We signed up for a maintenance agreement and feel confident in that decision. We would highly recommend this company.
