I called Island Aire for a second opinion on my AC unit motor that went out. They sent over Mario right away, I mean within a couple of hours he was here. He was very knowledgeable, professional and fixed our AC the same day. We ended up saving a whole lot with Island Aire and even signed up for their maintenance plan. I do recommend Island Aire and I especially recommend Mario!

Had Justin from Island Aire come out to help with our air conditioner. Another company told us what was wrong (the motor of the fan) and quickly gave a price and left us in the heat. Justin spent time diagnosing and then preceded to fix the issue. It was a band aid to hold us over and gave us time to get a new air conditioner. Being in Florida, those few days helped us big time! Definitely recommend this company. It isn’t often you come across people who are genuinely kind and caring.

I have been using Island Aire for the past 2 1/2 years. When we moved in, they installed a new system. Over the past 2 1/2 years I have had numerous issues with the AC system they installed. I also have a maintenance plan with them. And they come out twice a year to service the system. Up until today, I have not been very happy with them. Numerous service calls and repairs to a flawed system (not their fault) but lacked finding the right technician to properly diagnose the problem.
Well today Mario showed up. He unfortunately was the victim of my anger of having yet another issue. He was very kind, polite and understanding. He went straight to work and within a short period of time, I could see that the A/C was again functional. He also called his company and explained what was going on, noting that my system was properly draining and in excellent shape. When the service call was over, he fully explained what he was seeing with other systems and how he remedied the problem. I was then informed that I would not be responsible for payment they were charging the manufacturer. He really saved the day and redeemed Island Aire for me. He also noticed on my previous bill that other drywall work was to be performed and had not been done. That was also communicated with Island Aire and hopefully someone they contract with will call to fix it.
I will now only request Mario to work on my system. Thank you Mario for your hard work and considerate personality.

I’m tired of all this winning. I picked up the phone and called Island Air to see about getting a quote for a new A/C unit install in my home. Same day appointment just a few hours later. Nice. Not even 20 min later my kid comes up to me and asks me if I hear water dripping in the area of the AC unit…swore I could hear an orchestra strumming out the notes for the movie Halloween as I approached the door where the unit was located. Water, dripping, phone rings, Island Air tech says he would like to come an hour early. Red carpet unrolled for him immediately. 4 different AC quotes received. Went with unit he recommended, 3rd one down the list. Not the most expensive one. Expecting to wait a few days for install… next morning 0745hrs, phone rings, they would like to install right now. Luck would have it in their warehouse and completely installed in my home w/in 24hrs. I know this won’t happen for everybody but I will always use Island Air for all of my family’s air conditioning needs. Everyone I dealt with was a professional gladiator. Extremely knowledgeable and highly proficient in their positions.

I found this company after another co had failed to remind me when a routine maintenance was due. Again no reminder when my contract expired, resulting in 1.5 yrs without a maintenance check. All my fault, yes. Would a reminder have been nice? Double yes. This co provides several. The nice man who came out on my first time was Dan. He was on time within a 2 hr window. I had a text and ph call reminder, plus a confirmation the day before. He was friendly and pleasant, answered all questions, washed out 2 dirty filters and pulled the replaceable main one ( 1.5 yrs, remember?) He helped me with my Nest Thermostat, even though he said he didn't know it well, he knew more than me. I leashed my dog as asked but a few mins after arriving they were best friends. Oh, forgot to say they were half the price of my last co. Thank you, Dan, and Island Aire! Call around folks! I doubt you can do better!

Techs -Blake and Harley installed the Halo UV air purification unit for our AC, they also installed an extra concrete hurricane pad raising the outside AC unit to prevent future flooding concerns. These men got right to the job, they were very polite, very knowledgeable about the products we were installing. Island Aire also installed our existing air conditioner- we have been very pleased with Island Aire every time!

You supplied and installed our AC, We have a service contract with you. WE were having some water accumulation and the sensor stopped the AC Operation as it should. We drained the water and cleaned the sensor. Unit started to run again. We called to have Island Air check the AC to be sure that all was working. The unit was just previously serviced.
A tech came. Looked around. Pulled some parts out and did whatever. He left and said all was good. After two hours we came back home and AC is not working. Called your 24 after service hour with NO RESPONSE at all.
It is hot and we have a sick dog on our house. Answer your phones and honor your service contracts, please!
UPDATE- A Tech Named Brian came at 11:00pm in response to our call. Brian was very knowledgable and was able to determine and fix the issue vs the last maintenance service and the tech that came earlier today. Brian knew what the problem was and resolved the issue. I wonder why the others did not.

Island Air, this Tech is a keeper and because of Brian our AC is working again.

Island Aire installed our AC System several years ago and they have been our go to AC service provider ever since. Our AC duct work in the attic was approximately 30 years old and in need of replacement and hiring Island Aire was a no brainer for us. Blake and Harley worked their tails off for the past two days in our extremely hot attic and were just amazing. They hooked us up with two portable AC units that vented out of our windows so we could survive while they were doing their work. My wife and I can't say enough about Island Aire. Blake and Harley are professional, personable, hard working guys who left our house as clean as they found it. We highly recommend Island Aire for your AC needs too. Thanks guys for a job well done!

Needed it fixed asap, did not expect a service call on Sunday, but no problem de tech ( Dalton) called me to notify me he was underway, with in the hour he had diagnosed the problem and my air conditioner runs better than before, he did one hell of a job. I recommend island air any

We are new to the area and our A/C had stopped working. I called Island Aire and they sent a technician out in just a few hours, on the same day. Our tech was able to diagnose and fix the issue very quickly and took the time to orient us on our system with good suggestions for maintenance and operation.
We were very happy with the service and will continue to use them for future maintenance and repair.
