After a frantic weekend of trying to figure out what another company did to my AC, only for them to send me an invoice for a new unit for 7500 dollars, I called Kobie for a second opinion at the advice of my neighbor. Brandon the tech was wonderful. And he diagnosed the issue quickly! I was also impressed that Mark called me over the weekend to make sure someone would get out to me today. Top notch company. I will use them again the future. They literally saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. Thank you Kobie!!!!

Very impressed with this company. We signed up for the yearly maintenance plan this spring and when we had a problem in Aug, they were at our door quickly and fixed the problem. Very reasonable charges.
Would recommend highly. Adam was great!

Had our six month maintenance check. The technician Mark Eaton was very detailed and thorough. He found a concern with the AC drain and he proactively fixed the issue to avoid future problems. I am happy with the services provided and would recommend Kobie Kooling to anyone in need of AC maintenance/repair.

These guys are fantastic always professional and always explain everything. Never try add more fees or nickel and dime. In fact they try save you money. They typically get out same day if I have an issue. I would recommend them.

They were my A/C company for years. I was having trouble with system and it was recommended by them that i get a new system. Technician told me that it would be three months before they could install a new system. Because of that I got prices from other companies and went with another company. Hired company, permit pulled, installation completed, and inspection completed by collier county on Feb 15, 2023. On Feb 17, 2023 a collier county inspector came to my door and told me a complaint had been filed by Kobie Kooling because I had not pulled a permit. I told inspector that permit had been pulled and collier county had inspected the job on Wednesday, feb 15. He found it on record and told me he would contact Kobie Kooling and close the case. Very petty on Kobie Kooling’s part to report me for not having a permit because they lost my business. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We are thrilled to have Kobie cooling for our Air conditioning needs. We just switched over to them from another local company that got bought out and were doing a terrible job. This company you can tell right from the start cares about their customers. Our technician was very nice and thorough. He was outside our home and also noticed we had a gas leak that he informed us about. We have been away and hadn’t noticed. Thankfully for Curtis he told us who to contact. He also saw that we had put a mini spilt in our garage. He cleaned it and set us up with a twice yearly maintenance plan when they come do our air. If you are thinking about hiring a company to take care of you Air conditioning needs look no further than Kobie Cooling….You will not be disappointed. Thanks again for everything!

Kobie Kooling is by far the best AC company we have worked with in our 23 years in Naples. They are responsive, knowledgeable, professional and kind. They saved our system years ago after 3 different companies told us our system was shot. In no time at all, they had us up and running for a rate, below what the others wanted to charge without knowing if they could fix it. Several years later after taking good care of our system, again thanks to the caliber of their technicians, we are ready for a new system which will be installed in the next week or two. Thank You….and my sister who lost everything in Ian is being helped by Kobie and thanks to Fred will have a new AC so she can put her house and life back together. Thank you AGAIN❣️

Kobie Kooling is amazing! We appreciate the hard work they put into keeping us cool here at Scott's Miracle Gro. Brandon is our regular service technician and after having him come out and service our AC split units, we decided that it was time for an upgrade.
