Had to have A/C replaced on rental unit. Did not want a cheap unit that would not last. Did our homework, had three estimates. Felt Kobie was the absolute best explaining things, and delivered everything and so much more with their experience! They were in the middle of costs between the three, but we'll worth it! Would highly recommend using them for any and all HVAC needs!

Company replaced capacitor and 2 Pole Contactor which is about $25.00 on amazon and 15 minutes of work for $477.00. Also technician said my compressor going out based on it was shaking. I'll let you be the judge.
