The best AC maintenance service I’ve experienced in the 17 years that I have lived in Florida. I really can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the technician, Mark. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough!!! He restored my faith in those that perform home services; they can and do provide honest and quality workmanship. Kudos, again, to Mark. And…. Thank you for providing me and my family with your considerate , proactive interventions!! We deeply appreciate your integrity.

Called them up and they had someone out to our house within an hour to troubleshoot why my A/C system wasn't working. Richard Rodriguez was our technician - he was prompt, professional and efficient. Told me very plainly what was wrong and then fixed it - simple as that. I was very pleased - with his work, and having a cool home again. I now have a service contract and was able to proactively schedule our 6-month service appointment. Very glad I contacted them!

Kobie Kooling is hands down the best A/C company in SWFL. When my unit quit working on a 92° day, they had someone at my condo within two hours of calling their office. Turns out, I needed an entirely new system as mine finally crapped out after about 16 years. The technician mentioned it would be about two weeks until the install but he went above and beyond to find a window unit for us which really saved the day. Pleasantly surprised when less than one week later, the new A/C was fully installed. The techs were friendly, efficient and very professional! I’ve been using and recommending Kobie Kooling for years… the best!!

They came to my home at the promised time, went diligently about their work in an efficient and professional manner, kept me informed during the entire work day, were polite and available for all of my questions and completed their assignment (including clean-up) at the promised time.

I couldn't speak highly enough about Kobie Kooling. I switched to them a year or two ago, after being increasingly frustrated with the company I had used for a decade. I was getting poor service and higher cost "solutions" each time they came out. After getting a particularly high quote, I remembered hearing about KK's high standard of ethics on the local radio program Miller & Moulton, and I decided to get a competitive bid for the work. The tech from KK came out and strongly recommended against both services recommended by my old company, and gave me very specific advice as to why that would be a waste of money. They found the problem with my system that had been bothering me for years and charged me much less than the company I had trusted for way too long. Solid advice, trustworthy techs, and a reasonable price. Seriously, use these guys.

Kobe Heating and Cooling is the best! My system was not working and they sent a service tech out and discovered the breaker was shut off. Normally a service call would be charged but since I had a maintenance contract they waived the charge as a courtsey. This means a lot and goes above and beyond excellence of customer service. Thank you Kobe Heating and Cooling! I highly recommend them!

I want to thank Tristan from Kobie Kooling, he did a great job and was very professional. I really was impressed with him after having other air conditioning companies working on it recently, he was honest knowledgeable and very easy to work with

Paid 5,600$ for a unit I did not need. The "nate certified" techs could not even wire my thermostat correctly. Heater never worked because they do not know what they are doing. Do not use this horrible company. Way over priced and as soon as i paid them cash they left before it was finished. the KOOL TEAM of naples had to fix this horrible companies wiring mistake. They claim they are nate certified but got a wire wrong and would not come out to fix it after months of complaining. They don't care, Do not call Kobie Kooling
