Initially rich came out and was super amazing when it came to exploring all the options for my new and upgraded air system. So thankful for rich helping pick out the system and advising on what needed to be done to cause no extra work on our part.

When Eddie Perez and Albert Mendoz came in and worked an extra hard day and got the new system switched out and my AC works great for the first time I’ve lived in my home in the past 11 years. They were awesome, courteous, and they did a really professional job and really cleaned up after themselves as well. Looking forward to a great relationship with central aire for years to come

We had service today for tune-up and air filter changes by Donnie Berry. It was great to work with him as he was very respectful, personable, knowledgeable, and informative. He answered all the questions we had and educated us as needed. We would highly recommend Donnie as a asset to this company. Thank you Donnie Berry!

Donny is the BEST! Major fault on your AC in the hottest part of the Florida summer - what a nightmare. But Donny, who has serviced our AC since it was new three years ago, really came through for us. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered and expedited the delivery of the required part. Installed it the next day as a thunderstorm was brewing.

Donnie Berry arrived at our home this morning to fix our air conditioner. He was terrific! He called 30 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on the way. He was very nice and completely the job in a very timely manner. We will definitely call on Florida Heat & Air if we need them again!

Florida Heat and Air installed our HVAC for our builder so we thought we should call them for maintenance especially since we wanted to make sure we did everything properly for the environment in SW Florida since we were from the Midwest. We called about a week in advance and made our appointment. We were given a two hour window of time. Our technician, Matt, arrived shortly after 12. He was very professional. He explained everything very thoroughly that we should do to keep our system operating at its highest efficiency including changing the filters, pouring vinegar in the drain pipe, etc. He performed all of the necessary maintenance on our system. We felt he was very thorough. We are planning to have maintenance performed on our system every 6 months as suggested by our builder and plan to purchase an extended warranty. We are relieved to have someone professional like Matt and Florida Heat and Air service our system. We feel that we are in very good hands.

Have used Florida Heat and Air for over 8 years in 2 different homes. Extremely knowledgeable and honest. Both Chris and Donnie do a great job. They are dependable and recommend the best way keep my A/C working at its best! Highly recommend this company..

If you reside in Collier County, I wouldn't recommend using them. I had a service call completed and was told that I needed a new thermostat, 10 days later AC wasn't working again. Was then charged an additional $119 for a second Diagnostic Analysis + $355 to replace a warrantied Conductor and Capacitor, ($355 for 40 minutes of labor, equivalent to $532.50/hour). . .STEEP!!!!!!! The thermostat wasn't the issue on the first service call, because I connected the original one back and the unit still operates. I asked for a refund of $119 for the original Diagnostic Analysis and was told No. Unfortunately, I will be using someone else in the future, I would suggest you do so also.

I had my A/C-heater replaced. I was very happy with all the option that where given to me before my desion of replacement. The techs where very polite, clean , and on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Amazing experience with this company! I needed a new HVAC system quickly and for a great price, and they performed amazingly. There was no mess to deal with and everything was done right! I highly recommend this company!

Donnie can to our house for our semi annual maintenance today. Very nice young man professional clean cut. Preformed the maintenance cleaned up after himself. He was on time. I highly recommend Florida heat and air for service.
