I have used Modern for about 10 years always with excellent service. Most recently, we were having AC problems leading to a diagnosis that we had to replace our AC/heat pump. The entire process from diagnosis to replacement went very smoothly. The entire team was excellent from the manager of residential services, Luis Garcia, to Douglas and Leo who did the dianosis,and to Jerry and Chis who did the installation. They were all technically competent and very pleasant in demeanor, and effective communicators.

Very pleased with the service I received. They were able to come out same day to diagnose and following day install new unit. Sean, Michael, and Winston were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them exclusively!

We needed emergency HVAC and Plumbing services and Carmella understood our situation completely, and quickly got very Professional Technicians here to solve our problems. Samantha on the Plumbing side
was also very helpful.

I'm a 74 year old Canadian visitor to Fort Myers Beach who was stranded with my wife and 2 others when a trolley did not pass our pickup point for over 1,5 hours. We had to walk about 3 miles in 85 degree heat to reach our car. While walking I tried to hitch-hike to catch a ride. At least 100 cars passed us before were surprised to be offered a ride by Luis Garcia, a Service Manager for ModernServices. We happily hopped into his truck for a 2 mile ride to our car.

We offered him money but he refused the cash and just said that he was happy to help us out. We were blown away for his generous assistance. If you are considering ModernService please consider the personal consideration that they are offering on top of their technical performance.

Mr. Leo Jimenez came in a fast and responsive time . my mother electric was out over 12 hours he came as soon as I called with parts and did the job very quickly and professionally he was very friendly and made sure everything was in working order before he left he did a great job !!!! Thank you sir !!!

My air conditioning went out Sunday night we called Modern Services and by 8:00 am Monday morning their AC expert was at my front door and my house was cool by 9:00am. Cristobal introduced himself and quickly assessed our AC unit. He had all the replacement parts on hand and even recommended a few preventative measures and updates he could do that would extend the life of our AC system. I honestly was surprised at the low cost since it was a service call and parts!! Cristobal was polite, clean, knowledgable and even pet my dog. I highly recommend calling Modern Services for any issue since they are affordable and quick to respond. Thank you Modern Services for making sure our summer stays cool!!

Modern Services saved us...twice! I have a two story and each floor has a separate unit. The unit on the 1st floor died first, it just stopped working and so did the thermostat. I called Modern from word of mouth and Amanda in Customer Service was so so helpful and got me scheduled right away with a Tech. The Tech showed up in the time frame Amanda said and he fixed my issue. Two weeks later the unit on my 2nd floor went so I called Modern again. This time I got Mike on the phone who was just as awesome as Amanda and scheduled me right in. Again, the Tech got to my house in the time frame Mike stated. I got Isael the first time and was hoping to get him the second time but I was pleasantly surprised when Christobal was just as prompt, courteous and proficient. From start to finish everyone was super helpful and the best part is it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. What a great team at Modern! Modern is best!!!

I was so pleased that my plumbing problem was taken care of quickly. The gentleman that did the repairs was very professional and did the job well. The repiping and plumbing work that was done was beyond what I expected. I would recommend Modern Services to anyone needing any type of service done.

I had a maintenance service with Isael Torres Rivera for my AC. A truly professional and courteous person. He explained everything that I needed to know. Modern Services is the way to go and I highly recommend them Thank you.

On October 9th had two fine young men come to my home in North Port to install as new AC system. These two men are a an asset to your company. Very hard workers and did a fast replacement of my old system. They work as a team and really did a wonderful job. When they were finished with the installation except for the new AC unit wouldn't have known they were here.
