Leo and his helper Frank were very professional in how they serviced my a/c unit. I called Air Pros to give me an estimate for an a/c service contract. I thought the unit was in good working order since it was cooling as expected. What I didn’t know was how dirty the unit had gotten during the past year. This was quite alarming since we have a service contract with another company ,I won’t mention their name. Additionally, Leo is very personable as well as a skilled technician. He is also a Marine Corp veteran. Semper Fi.

Fernando and his crew are the absolute best. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and caring. I scheduled a duct cleaning, and when he discovered deeper lying issues, he worked with me to inform me, as well as help me get to the bottom of the issue. He didn’t try and make a quick buck, or upsell me, but instead did what was best for me, and educated me on what was up, which I greatly appreciate. They definitely prioritize the customer’s needs over every thing else, and I can’t recommend this company enough. This is the only AC company I’ll use from now on.

My reason for the 5 ⭐ is due to the tech that has serviced my system the last two times. Since using air pro you have had a number of techs here and Chris is the only one I feel confident with. His knowledge is exceptional far above any tech air pro has sent to my home. This includes the first tech John and a tech who identified himself as Hector. Chris does everything he can to ensure everything is working correctly and you understand what he has done. Chris is the only tech from this point forward that I will allow my ac to be serviced by.
