McCarthy Air Conditioning

I recently had to purchase a new Air conditioner. After two inquiries I chose McCathy's Air and I'm so glad I did. I felt much more confident with the sales man Alan Phillips and the office staff. They made things so easy for me. The two men who did the install, Darin Willis and Philip were very prompt and courteous. They explained the system to me and answered all my questions. They also cleaned up and took my old equipment away.

We are still working on getting our home put back together from Ian. As I'm sure most everyone has experienced every kind of misrepresentation, bait and switch to just plain dishonesty from many different venders. Finding a company and organization like McCarthy gives me hope that there are still reputable companies in S.W. Florida. They where on time, had a plan and followed through on every step. They will maintain our new system for us and we feel comfortable a big project is off the list. Thanks McCarthy Air Conditioning!!

My experience with McCarthy AC was outstanding from the first call to the completion of work. Great customer service, clear and honest assessment/ estimate of work needed, very reasonable price. I requested an estimate from McCarthy Air Conditioning. They sent out a specialist for the estimate named Zachariah Mumme. He was very thorough in testing the unit to assure my unit needed replacement or repair. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We went over all replacements options what each would offer and cost comparisons. No high pressure.

Exceptional service!! Joni was amazing. He was on time in fact earlier than scheduled which was great. He explained what was done ,what needed to be fixed and was quick and efficient. He Showed me pics so I could see what repairs were made to have my A/c running perfect. He installed my new WiFi thermostat and I’m so excited to just be able to change my settings from my phone. Will definitely use again for my next service.

What I told Zachariah the project manager for my job is that I could not come up with one negative comment on the entire experience. My A/C would not turn on when I arrived here from MN and is 12 years old. Zachariah identified the problem and gave me my options. My nature is to want to think things over but he was so diligent and conscientious it was easy for me to make a decision to replace the existing unit. The initial appointment was mid morning and Zachariah made the arrangements to get the job scheduled and completed the same day. Everyone on the crew was so accommodating and pleasant during the entire process including working around receiving a defective piece of equipment and waiting for the replacement unit. They stayed until after dark and completed the project. The new equipment looks amazing and is working properly. I wish all my experiences with contractors could be this positive. Kudos to McCarthy Air Conditioning and the crew--thank you so much for doing such an outstanding job!!!

We have a rental property that needed an A/C replacement, and the tenants have a very young child. They responded after hours and helped get the tenants a temporary system until the ordered unit arrived. They were able to do the install quickly. The customer service people are polite and very knowledgeable, and they've helped us numerous times with other properties, with a variety of issues. Their prices are fair, and I will always trust them with anything in the future.

Excellent service! Matt came the day after we called, and he quickly identified why our A/C and heat wouldn’t run. He was pleasant, professional, and informative. We would highly recommend this business.

Certainly not thrilled with the cost! I forgot that I got estimates last year from McCarthy, and they were about $3,000 less expensive and what I just paid.
