McCarthy Air Conditioning

McCarthy Air Conditioning has taken care of my AC needs for a few years now. Anytime my AC unit needed to be serviced, Jenny sent someone out right away. I recently needed a whole new unit. Brad ordered the crane, and they were here 2 days later to install the new AC. Ali, Eddy and Ryan arrived promptly, and got to work. The whole process was seamless, and the guys worked diligently to complete the installation. The guys were super courteous and considerate. They even brought in some extra fans so that I wouldn’t be uncomfortable while they worked. I also got a UV light sanitation system. I loved waking up this morning without my allergies acting up! I couldn’t be happier with my new purchase and that I chose McCarthy Air Conditioning to take care of me. They really take care of their costumers! Thanks Brad, Jenny, Ali, Eddy and Ryan- you’re the best!

McCarthy Air Conditioning Staff is always on time, wearing a smile. I didn't think we would be able to replace the great AC/furnace staff we had for 15 years in Fayetteville, NC but MCCarthy Staff fits the bill. You won't go wrong if you call them for any of your AC needs.

There comes a time in every home owners life where they're going to have problems with their AC. Mine was close to 14 years old and just wasn't keeping up anymore. I wanted to look local first and I'm glad I did. I called McCarthy air on a Tuesday they had a tech out the next morning. Being 14 years old I was pretty sure it wasn't cost-effective to repair and the tech confirmed my suspicions so I called back and talked replacement. They gave me a great price in the range I expected they didn't try to up sell me. The next morning they were back out with the new unit. By Thursday afternoon the new unit was in the old unit was gone and they cleaned up after themselves I couldn't be happier. Everyone I dealt with was supper friendly and accommodating. I'm glad I chose McCarthy Air and will be calling them with any future air conditioning needs. A big Thank You to everyone at McCarthy Air for helping me stay cool this summer.

My AC stopped working correctly. I called McCarthy because they are a local family owned business Andrew can out within 1/2 an hour and had my unit fixed quickly great pricing. Wasn’t pushed to buy anything else. Very very well labored nice guy.

Brad McCarthy was extremely knowledgeable about the problem with the thermostat. I called on Sunday night and the thermostat was back and working on Monday. I also had Mr. McCarthy out recently to check out my pool heater and again he was right on in diagnosing the problem and I am very happy with the high caliber of professionalism.

Bobby Jackson came to figure out why one of my air conditioning units was not working well. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and explained what was wrong. He also gave me tips on keeping my system working efficiently. Bobby also checked out my pool heater that wasn’t heating and fixed that too!

Absolutely amazing! I am a property manager and good vendors are so difficult to find. When I found McCarthy AC I was having so many difficulties with my previous AC vendor not answering me, not scheduling clients in a timely manner, and so much more. Now I use McCarthy for every AC issue because not only are they always responsive, fair in pricing, and on time but the level of customer service Jenny & Brand McCarthy give is unbeatable. So if you need an AC vendor, look no further because McCarthy AC will take incredible care of you each time.

Had to wait 6 days for a part from Orlando, Fl. Without A/C----- I asked they next day a small part from Orlando (valve ) did they do this, hell No. I had purchased a New Traine A/C It was 7 months ago and the unit had a leak . After a few days they did lend me a portable window unit that I did not use.I would consider another service Company if I could do this over. Think Twice before. Service guy Andrew did his best.

Had a great experience with McCarthy air. Called for a maintenance on our ac before selling our home and they got us in the next day. The woman talked with me like I was an old friend, she was so happy to hear of our move and was so kind. The tech was punctual and kind, friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone.
