Coconut Point Cooling

I contacted Coconut Point Cooling and had them come out and provide a quote for installing a mini split AC Unit. They were excellent at communication, promptly arrived for the meeting and sent the quote immediately after. The price quoted was very fair. They were also great at following up which meant a lot to me. While I didn't decide to install the AC unit at this time, I just wanted to take a minute to applaud this company - specifically Richie - for excellent communication and follow through. It's very hard to find a business these days like this! If we choose to move forward, we will definitely be using Coconut Point Cooling!

Fast to arrive, friendly, great communication on what was happening and what the next steps were. They took the time to show me the problem and help me understand the best ways to fix it. Very fair price as well, another company tried to make me replace the entire unit while Coconut Point Cooling found and fixed the problem.

Couldn’t have had a better experience with Coconut Point Cooling! I purchased my house about 3 years ago, once the AC had issues I knew it had to be under warranty, but the original company couldn’t make it out and stated the warranty was past due. Jenna & Richie took the issue into their hands and got it fixed THE SAME DAY! On top of that, they were able to look up the needed part and did in fact get a replacement piece under warranty price, saving us money. If I could rate over 5 stars, I would!

Richie and his team initially came out to service my AC and when it became time to replace it they gave us a great price. They also ran a new AC drain line for us. 100/10. This is a great company run by great people!
