Absolutely the best experience ever!!! Moved into our new house and needed new ac. Air Pro west came out gave us a great price. Due to equipment availability we had to wait two days. Technicians were fabulous. Kept us updated and everything they were doing. We had a say in where to place things. I can’t say enough positive about this experience.

I would highly recommend this company. They were professional from beginning to end. In such a stressful time from the clean up from hurricane Ian, Luis was informative, calm, and very knowledgeable. He put me at ease right away. My techs were efficient and mindful of my house. Everyone I came in contact with were courteous and friendly. My questions were answered immediately and Luis wAs available constantly. Thank you!

I want to give a shout out to Air Pros. I have worked with numerous HVAC companies and Air Pros is second-to-none. The customer experience including customer service/support, technician professionalism, and quality of work performed is excellent. Danny and Roberto are the two technicians I have personally worked with; they are polite, professional, do not use any high-pressure tactics like other companies have used, they thoroughly explain the work that was completed and an action plan homeowners can do in between bi-annual maintenance visits to keep the HVAC system operating high quality, and you can tell they enjoy their job and serving their customers.

Chad Barnes came to our home to give us an estimate on replacing our storm damaged a/c unit. He was direct, concise and explained what was needed and how everything would be replaced. He was professional but friendly and showed up on time. Being senior citizens we have to be careful of scams and people who would take advantage of us. I have no doubt that this company is on the up and up and worth the time spent with Mr. Barnes. Installation depending on adjuster's answer.

I called for a service because my HVAC unit would not shut off and the thermostat wasn't working properly. Turns out the whole unit was in really bad shape after surviving 2 major hurricanes, so I purchased/financed a new one. Xhulio was very professional, helpful, informative and patient. The new HVAC unit was installed the very next day by Disney and my experience was excellent from start to finish. I definitely recommend AirProsUSA!!!

I'm definitely will be using Air Pros again! Jimmy came to my home I had no Air or should I say cold air. I heard a noise earlier from outside didn't think much of it but it was my outdoor unit going bad, I called Air Pros and Jimmy was out there within 45 minutes not only that he was able to get a system in that day for me with financing!! I thought I was going to have to pull my 401k what a great experience! It was a smooth well oiled machine from start to finish and I can't thank Jimmy and the installers enough for their great work, going over all the information and thermostat controls with me and there great attention to detail and clean up and protecting my floors and my home!
