If you’re looking for an AC company to either install or maintenance your AC, this is definitely the company to call. After being without AC for a week and calling around for estimates for a new AC unit because my unit was very old and finally died. I came across Air pros. They were amazing! They were the (ONLY) company that was willing to give us a chance with financing. From the moment I called the receptionist (Jennifer), the tech (Xhulio) that came out and the installers (Luis and his crew) and of course (Luis M) that helped me with financing they were all phenomenal!!!!! I definitely recommend.

Every person Janice and I worked with from price to install were Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. From Hector, to Kelly to Install crew: Lazaro team and Roberto were perfect! Excellent All around team!! Very genuine. High recommend.

Great experience across the board. Worked with Luis Mejia to get an assessment and an estimate. Luis was meticulous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He came across as genuine and honest, and definitely NOT the pushy type just wants to oversell!
Luis was helpful, supportive and timely through the assessment, design and contract phases, he then handed off to his team who did a great job. Garret, Luis #2, Disney were professional, knowledgeable, on time, courteous and helpful. They did the work in the least intrusive way, and left the place clean and tidy. Thank you guys.

Our window was 2:00 - 4:00 and Air Pro tech arrived @ 5:42. We requested Daniel as our technician & Roberto came.

AirPro came into our community after Hurricane Ian and helped so many who had immediate needs. I believe they will be returning to finalize the metal casings. We appreciate all the hard work and long days that our crew from Alabama worked. We are extremely thankful to Luis and all the workers.

John provided very knowledgeable information and thoroughly explained the various options available to us. Very impressed with John and his familiarity with the various systems available. Proposed contract gave me the impression that the contractor needed legal protection for collection of below average work rather than having a satisfied customer. Again, John was very professional.

In a stressful time after hurricane Ian. Luis was a pleasure to work with. Eliminating any fears and working quickly positively and got the job done. Tyler put in my system was also very professional. Highly recommend!

Leone was our service technician. We had some repairs that we were not aware of and he guided us through options. Highly recommend working directly with him. He is an amazing man with solid work ethic that is an asset to this company. Job well done.

I will say this is the best a/c company I have ever did business with. I had a whole unit installed by this company. They made sure before they left that their job was perfect and I was satisfied. I had Leo, Julio, and Roberto working on this job. They were all professional and made sure they meet my needs for a perfect job, which they did. I would recommend this company and especially those three employees for anyone. Thank you AirPros for a well and perfect job.
