Air Pros - Fort Myers

My husband and I used this company to get a quote on cleaning our A/C ducts. My husband called the today and someone came out today. Luis M. was very professional and very honest. This company/tech was not here to just charge us and keep it moving. He went into details and I mean details. His findings was mind blowing (please know I'm renting). After his findings, we decided not to move forward, because the situation is beyond a simple duct cleaning. I cannot say thank you enough to Luis at The Air Pros team for taking to time to really assess our situation. I don't know about everyone, but I hate giving away hard earned money, so if you need great A/C service give Air Pros a call.

The technician was knowledgeable and personable. He had to get pricing for a condenser fan blade and a refrigerant dryer. The pricing for both was much higher than I expected. I will be getting competitive quotes.

John and Daniel were a pleasure to work with. It's not the first time I work with John and as always he was very knowledgable and professional. Daniel was as well. My less than perfect score is because I think Air Pros charges too much to replace a CB401 board in an AC unit. The part is like a $400 part (probably costs Air Pros less than that) and for about an hour (probably less) of work time, I thought the price was high. Also, I don't get why I don't get to keep my used CB401—I mean, it became mine when I first bought the AC unit. The good news is that Air Pros was able to take care of the issue within 24 hours. For that, I'm very grateful.

Leone Was very professional. He was a very delightful person who showed and explain what was going on how it needed to be fixed. I would highly recommend him to anyone who didn’t have Air Pro service. In fact I will have him in the future.

Frank came out today & 6 months ago, would not have a problem with him coming out in the future. Very nice man, professional, answers all questions and speaks English & Spanish, a plus because my husband also speaks Spanish, very helpful. He does a great job, takes pictures of everything and sends me an email. Keep up the great work.

My 95 year old father in law somehow got in contact with this company and they sold him $15,000 worth of stuff I'm not sure he even needed. Now AC unit, new hot water heater (very overpriced!) and over $5,000 worth of something done to his duct work that we don't even know what it is or why they did it. They were very "smooth" in dealing with him and I feel like they took advantage of a 95 year old WW2 veteran who lives alone. He had multiple issues with the new unit the 10 days. They did sent people out and he seems happy with their response to the problems. However, I strongly believe they took advantage of him and sold him items he didn't necessarily need and overpriced them. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. They are somehow tied to Bruno Air and have a reputation for doing this.
