Air Pros - Fort Myers

Came to reset and drain my system, took my filter out of the attic and never put it back. I have to special order one and now am without. Two small children congested as well as mom and dad.
Thanks for informing me that it needs to be replaced, but I would have like this one to be put back until I get a new one.

Called once on 10/30 and CSR said the manager would reach out. That has not happened.

When I had the ac unit installed, I had the good sense to get the maintenance agreement. So when my unit needs to be checked, I don't call Air Pros, they call me to set up an inspection. The management and staff are super nice, friendly and professional. I have been experiencing problems with my old AC unit. So I decided it was time to replace rather than continuing to pour more money into the old system. I installers got here in the late afternoon and worked until dusk getting the new system up and running. I was amazed, I was waiting to hear we will be back tomorrow, but no, they stayed and finished the job. Thank you Air Pros technicians . They did a great job and represented the Company.

No paperwork given for new unit. No checklist of what was completed, tech said it’s all in his head but I don’t know ac systems and would of liked something to inform me what all was completed. Everything seemed to be working ok but it’s been a week and the NEW duct work came off the handler in the attic already. Also my water spout on the side of the house was used multiple times by them and ended up with a crack that leaked then completely broke. I will say the GM Kelly is a solid guy and did get it repaired that night and was quick to respond and get someone out for the duct work that fell off. Now I question what else was done at this quality of work though. Sales guy said they would be able to start the job Saturday as I signed off on a Friday but then after signatures where given said sorry can’t make it till Monday. Job was completed on Tuesday by just two guys one of which I’m unsure even really worked for the company. They did offer ok pricing and did complete in two days but if I had to do it again I’d choose someone else.

So I called this company to check my air ducts and clean them. They were on time but one of the things I noticed when their employee came in and started looking at my air ducts he grabbed his iPhone Podaras camera and shined it at an 18 ceiling roof without Taking the Ervins and looking into it he did the same with all the air vents so I wondered why would he not take the vent out maybe put a camera or a phone and look at it and I asked him how much you would charge me to clean the air ducts He gave me an average about $6000-$7000 for five air ducts. After his initial inspection he gave me three different quotes a $7000 quote a $9000 quote and a $12,000 quote. I will highly not recommend this company at all to do any type of business with the other companies I called some of them refuse to clean the air ducts because they were from 1987 and they said it would tear the inside of the air ducts but that they were not bad because they put cameras inside of it and saw that the only issue and the air ducts was where the AC vent was at that’s all I needed to change. Do not use this company

Installation of new AC system finally completed after 3 weeks by installing UV light in air handling unit and thermostat replaced to provide larger read outs. Service tech pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient in completing tasks.

Our technician was very courteous and explained what he was doing clearly. He asked us questions about any issues we've had and performance of the system in general. he did a thorough test of the system and cleaned it replacing filters and checking UV lights, etc. Hope he comes back every time
