Highly recommend! Our landlord had these guys here and they went above and beyond for us. They had a whole system installed in a day. The repair guys even wiped the babies nose and handled girl talk with my roommate. Best ac repair men ever.

I cannot recommend this AC company enough. Fernando came out to the house at the scheduled time. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and completed the work that was needed to get my AC up and running again. He was able to answer all my questions and took great pride in his work. His prices are very reasonable and doesn't try to sell you anything. I will continue to recommend this AC company!

Fernando was on time and thorough with his estimate. Brought attention to detail any other AC company I had out before him failed to do. The quality of product for our tropical climate is top notch! I would highly recommend Fernando and his company to anyone in need of a new AC or service work.

First 2 appointments were a "No SHOW", so my first impression was not good and I dreaded the appointment scheduled for today. I never received a call or text of reminder in advance for any appointments.
However, Louis was excellent and perhaps the big takeaway is your customer service in the office needs improvement.

Victor was the tech that performed the servicing. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. There appears to be some warranty issues that should be addressed, however the 12 year warranty for labor is in question.

Our Air Pros Professional, Luis, arrived when he said he would arrive.
He went right to work and seemed to be able to identify the problem. After checking our entire system we discussed some options to insure the same problem won't occur again. We're happy with the outcome of the visit from Air Pros and have a great deal of confidence in the work.

Luis was very knowledgeable, took pictures of everything. Told me everything he was doing, no pressure sale. Best of all got my AC running cold again.

Service manager, Hector, arrived slightly outside of the scheduled window, but kept me updated of his arrival. Hector did a very thorough inspection of my HVAC unit and at my request prepared an estimate to correct various errors the previous install company had made, as well as a quote for duct cleaning and UVC installation.

Amazing company! My boyfriend and I called them out for a simple duct cleaning, and they helped us discover an incredibly potent mold problem. They didn’t try and sneak money out of us, but instead helped us address the problem and moved forward. Incredible company, and could t recommend them more.
