Hector did a great job assessing and identifying issues and provided four different pricing options from minimum to premium plus. We were able to come to agreement on the option/pricing and all the work is going to be done the very next day.

William was not listed in the tech list but wanted to say he was most accommodating, highly professional and very kind. Excellent customer service!

The technician Daniel was extremely professional, clean and organized, and communicated clearly all of the services he was going to perform. He was the best technician we have had come out to perform services to date.

This is the most humble, professional HVAC specialist I've ever met in my life. I was quoted from four different companies, all different prices and all different problems with my air conditioner. Instead of getting help from any of them, they all threw me for a loop through financing programs and pre-approval's; I'm a first time home-owner, I had no clue about what I was doing. Hector was the last one I talked to and he helped me willingly through everything, hassle free; he even helped me fit the project for my budget completely. I'm completely grateful, this man was 100% empathetic towards the extreme temperature in my house. Thank you so much for having this man staffed!

TL;DR: If there's any company I'll ever recommend in the future it will ONLY be Air Pros from now on.

Before making the appointment I told them that all we had is a small job of moving one return due to a remodel. When the technician came he said that we needed a whole new air conditioner installation because according to him our was not working, which is not truth. We were quoted $5600 and $14000 for work we didn’t need. When we insisted on getting a quote for only moving the return, he told me that the company doesn’t do that type of work. Then he wanted me to sign a statement of work with for quoted work. I refused. Please be very careful with this company.

We just had a new unit installed and couldn’t be happier. Fernando took the time to explain the pros and cons of the various options which helped us to feel more educated and confident in our final decision. Finding out the hvac system is your newly purchased home was installed incorrectly was not my favorite day. However air pros helped us to understand our choices for repair/replace and were quick to get the work done in a professional manner. They went the extra mile in everything from communication , to cleaning up after to installing a new system.

They installed a new AC that cost more than the original verbal quote; they claimed to have done extensive ductwork 2 years ago, but because they didn't do it right, now they tried sell me a $20,000 new duct system (comparable $6500 from another company) because I have "bacteria" growing in my ducts and the proof of that was the "bacteria" on my air vents - which turned out to be dust. I should have known before using the company that has been raided by the police.
