I am from MA where you are born into a good work mindset or naturally have a good work ethic. You do not find that in Florida for the most part usually. I had a problem with my AC in a recently purchased home and called freedom AC. Marcus was the technician they sent out for my repair and I could not have been more happy with his professionalism and work ethic. He was a breathe of fresh air to deal with as he diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely/efficient manner. Seeing a man of his young age with his knowledge and work ethic was truly reassuring for the future of the trade working class. I would highly recommend freedom AC if the other technicians are as knowledgeable and professional as Marcus was. They are now the AC repair company we call if there is a problem.

How refreshing to have an honest company who didn’t try to rip me off or recommend something that I didn’t need that coincidentally costs $3,000+. They were responsive, and very punctual; even gave an almost exact time they would be there and actually stuck to it! They spoke clear English so I could understand what was even wrong. I am so weary of having repairmen who can’t even tell me what I need and what I’m paying for. I have been bleeding money with this kind of service and I am so happy to have found Freedom A/C!!! There is still some human decency left in this world.

Talk about fast. Called in the morning, they were there 2 hours later. I signed up for annual check ups. So informative and friendly. I am so glad I called them. Thank you for your prompt attention to our needs.

At first it appeared good. However after they left, nothing had changed. I had to find a different company to fix the problem. Sorry I gave a good review initially.

What I love the most was the AC man was very knowledgeable and I believe the price to be extremely good I will definitely use them all the time.
